THIS CHIPOTLE IS THE BEST ONE IN TOWN. The host there are very laid back and chill. I love the one (manager?) with the glasses and the hat, he always makes me smile, he’s very down to Earth. And they have the BEST. BARBACOA. EVER. Everytime time I go there, I request it. Because I know they have the best barbacoa in town. Always shredded to perfection. Love you, guys.

Yes! Chipotle! New and improved! Clean environment. Great workers. Super portions. Fresh choices. Excellent experience recently, best ever. We will definitely be returning. Favorite and best guacamole in the region. Don’t miss out.

Friendly staff and delicious food as always!

Went into this place to pick up an Uber Eats order.And they cleared the line two care of five other delivery orders before I walked out

This location is the worst! Especially the short black girl that works during day at the start of the serving line. She works really hard to give you as little as possible. I would avoid this location. It is nowhere near as good as the others.

Portion-size issue. Really not getting value for your money

I order an online order and my rice was so under cooked hard as it can be , and they only added one meat when I order half and half

Avoid this location. It is poorly managed and 8 out of the last 9 times it has been out of one or more key ingredients. The food when available is not consistent nor are the portion sizes. The staff clearly does not care. With 2 locations within 5 miles it’s surprising this location is still open.

I don’t come to this location very often, but every time I come here, I leave disappointed. Rice is hard. Everything else but the rice is highly over seasoned. They are not consistent with their portions. Staff changes all the time (maybe one of the reasons why this place is so inconsistent). I’m not one to review restaurants, but after today’s visit, I just had to. If I were you, I’d visit a different location.

We all know about the stingy portions, so that’s not the real issue here. The issue is the food quality and a team of the most abhorrent employees I have ever encountered.

Food: rice was mushy and tasteless, brown guacamole, and a stale hard tortilla. The lettuce on the bowl felt old, steak was chewy.

The worst group of employees I’ve ever seen here. First as you walk in (restaurant was empty) they are all screaming and pushing each other, as soon as they see the doors open they roll their eyes and one of them says, in not taking this and storms to the back.

Finally one lady decides she’s going to do some work and with a really bad attitude asks, what do you want? I procede to tell her my order, her annoyance was obvious and she kept huffing every time I added something to a basic burrito bowl order.

Throws my order in a bag, tells me total and shoves the bag to me. You can tell these people hate their job.

Bit into a jagged curved bone in my chicken burrito....if I didn't bite into it and accidentally swallowed that it would've been a trip to the hospital. Thanks 👍

This is my first ever complaint I think I have ever made. I made a mobile chipotle order and it took there over 45 minutes to make it. No apology even. I have honestly not been so mad by customer service in soo long!
I literally saw them make over 30 orders of people walking in before they got to me.
