Chipotle Mexican Grill

Extremely disappointing experience. The portions here are ridiculously small — they serve meat like they’re afraid to use it. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations and this one is by far the worst when it comes to quantity. You pay full price but get half a serving. Definitely not coming back until they fix this.

I stop by and the staff is not friendly at all.They seem as if they dont like each other.This one girl at register had head wrap and baseball cap tilted on the side and her energy was negative Administation talk to your staff.First impression is everything and please don't rush me when I am paying 16.00 and some change for a bowl.

Staff fighting in front of me really is a turn off. People complaining they want to go home and don’t want to be there repeatedly saying that. The burrito broke and another person tossed a new burrito at an employee to did it. So have two burritos wraps squished to make one. So unappealing. Run far away !!! Service and attitude was terrible. Good unappealing.

I stopped by this Chipotle while working in Fort Worth, and I will not be returning. While making bowls, the employee’s phone rang, and he reached into his pocket to check it with his gloves on, then continued preparing food with the same gloves. I had to ask him to change them — that’s unacceptable and unsanitary. Staff should be properly trained on food safety and understand that gloves are for handling food only, not personal items. Phones should be used on breaks, not while serving customers.

The new employee didn’t even wrap my burrito and it came a mess I didn’t expect it to look like this if I paid as much as I did

The lady who served me today gave me hardly any at all for protein a pitiful handful when I’m paying extra $ for a limited item , and she put the cheese all on the side practically to the side of my food… usually I leave a $3-5 tip just to be generous, but today that was not the case , I also ordered A large drink and she tried giving me a small even tho I very clearly stated and got charged for a larger drink,

THIS CHIPOTLE IS THE BEST ONE IN TOWN. The host there are very laid back and chill. I love the one (manager?) with the glasses and the hat, he always makes me smile, he’s very down to Earth. And they have the BEST. BARBACOA. EVER. Everytime time I go there, I request it. Because I know they have the best barbacoa in town. Always shredded to perfection. Love you, guys.

Yes! Chipotle! New and improved! Clean environment. Great workers. Super portions. Fresh choices. Excellent experience recently, best ever. We will definitely be returning. Favorite and best guacamole in the region. Don’t miss out.

Friendly staff and delicious food as always!

Went into this place to pick up an Uber Eats order.And they cleared the line two care of five other delivery orders before I walked out

This location is the worst! Especially the short black girl that works during day at the start of the serving line. She works really hard to give you as little as possible. I would avoid this location. It is nowhere near as good as the others.

Portion-size issue. Really not getting value for your money

I order an online order and my rice was so under cooked hard as it can be , and they only added one meat when I order half and half

Avoid this location. It is poorly managed and 8 out of the last 9 times it has been out of one or more key ingredients. The food when available is not consistent nor are the portion sizes. The staff clearly does not care. With 2 locations within 5 miles it’s surprising this location is still open.
