Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ok so lately depending on which location you go to for this franchise…it has been hit or miss!!

Yall know I gotta keep it 💯…..it seems to me that Management is lacking quality of leadership and preparation….meat is some times cold…👀…

It should always be hot and the countertops behind the glass should be wiped down and cleaned as well…

I look at everything when it comes to quality,because you really are what you eat…

So Chipotle yall need to get it together…..you don’t have my stamp of approval….And changes need to be made corporate wide…

They made good with that they had. I needed cheese and I got cheese. Now I will say I was disappointed when they didn't have the salad dressing to dip my tacos in. Disappointment.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to by far. After the girl supposed to make my burrito went on a ghetto rant about how she wanted to leave,
They said they were out of brown rice, out of chicken, out of steak.
The veggies were INEDIBLE. They were so salty it was appalling.
I asked for a water cup mid meal, and the same girl said “you shoulda axed for a cup when you got your food” then continued her task for a minute or so before reaching to her right and grabbing a cup to give me.

Absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve ever gone to. I will never go back to this location.

This is the only chipotle in Ft. Worth near me that consistently has all their ingredients stocked, but today I ended up with a big piece of gum on my shoe after visiting. Gross!

I get it. When you’re about to close at 10 you just want to start cleaning up for the day so you can get home. To be fair the lady that helped us looked tired and was still trying her best to be nice but I had to ask for queso on the side 3x and when I finally got her to get me the queso on the side, it was thrown in the bag, and thanks to that all the queso spilled all over the bag and outside of my bowl. Didn’t even bother going back and complaining bc she clearly wasn’t in the mood. Waste of money.. unfortunately won’t be coming back here anymore.

They don’t give you meat and they never have meat ready.
Plus they give you the bottom of the pan with no meat.

Food is great as always! The staff on the other hand… a HOT MESS! The kids working when I went to order Togo seem like they are so confused! Their machines weren’t working, the stations were a mess and piled with dishes, and they weren’t nice at all! Maybe I just came in the middle of chaos, but this location needs some help!

I hate to complaint about this location but i have to.. so i was picking up some dinner for my family and there is this short chunky white mexican manager with glasses, who’s not friendly at all and this isn’t the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time that happens, everything em and my fiancée goes up there and she’s working she always has an attitude towards us, and we don’t appreciate it that, i worked for chipotle years and i was a KM so i know how the job is supposed to get done, yall really need to retrain her or something, she need manners and i want an email where i can put this complaint
