I hate to complaint about this location but i have to.. so i was picking up some dinner for my family and there is this short chunky white mexican manager with glasses, who’s not friendly at all and this isn’t the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time that happens, everything em and my fiancée goes up there and she’s working she always has an attitude towards us, and we don’t appreciate it that, i worked for chipotle years and i was a KM so i know how the job is supposed to get done, yall really need to retrain her or something, she need manners and i want an email where i can put this complaint

Do not order delivery from this chipotle because your food will be cold. My order was picked up at 7:33pm and said the driver was on her way, arriving at 7:42pm. My order arrived at 8:02pm.

Stale chips every time. 2nd time here this week thinking it was just a temporary issue but no ice, and sodas flat. How do they still charge retail for 3rd world food and service?

Ordered online for our office one order was not delivered another was made incorrectly and when trying to fix it we could not speak to anyone - the online chat bot only offered a free entree. Horrible service ):

Results might vary at different locations and different times and in different realities. In actuality this is the cleanest Chipotle out of all of the ones I’ve ever have been visiting. I even saw the guy cleaning the work surface., today. Wiping it down with rag. Unlike the one in Richland Hills, where he just put the rice back in the bin from the work surface. This the longest surviving one and although the work force may vary. I’ve had the least protests over all about this location.

Just keep that fridge stocked full please next time.

Ordered online, earliest pick-up was 15 mins out. Arrived at location and received notice food was ready. Went inside and food was not ready, no customers or cars at location. Staff member said it just notifies even though food is not ready, had to wait another 10 mins for them to get food ready. Upon receiving order it was wrong and missing several items. No apologies, just felt like I was wasting their time and they just wanted to shut down 90 mins to close.

I paid 12 dollars for a bowl that wasn’t even full, I can literally see the bottom are you kidding

Went in for the first time to this location. Whoever the girl was serving needs a raise! Working quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I ordered 3 bowls. Great customer service and good portions. Will definitely be returning to this location.
