So I came to this chipotle got a burrito bowl and chips to go. Once I got home I opened the bowl to see a little red bug crawling on the side of my bowl. I tired to call the restaurant twice and tell them about it but no one picked up so I’m writing a review. I was there 04/03/24 at 11:17 am. I probably won’t be eating chipotle again and that is a shame cause I actually like the food.

I got 2 bowls and the person making my bowls was extremely rude. The person in front of me got a lot of rice so when it came to my bowl someone else made it a older women and she put half a scoop in each bowl (barely any rice ) so I ask for more rice and she gives me the ugliest look and after that has a rude attitude. I paid $26 for 2 bowls which wasn’t a problem but to have barely any rice that was a problem. I was also in a rush because it was my lunch break and there was people just looking at me stand there instead of helping me.

Twice now they have given me the wrong order. This time it was so spicy I could not eat it. Tried to report it to customer service, the pepper chat gave me a free drink. Not right, it should be refunded, or credit for another one.

They said I cannot get Quesadilla because the machine broke but kids Quesadilla machine is working, when I tried ordering kids quesadillas they said I can’t order quesadilla by itself and I have to order a kids meal. So, I was forced to order 2 kids Quesadilla meals…
The guy making my food was very slow. I got a bowl and he put the smallest serving of toppings on my bowl. I continued to tell him a little more. He finished with about 5 pieces of lettuce, I asked for more and I think I got 13. Must be a lettuce shortage. Moral of the story not a fan of this location.

They undercooked the rice. Can't trust a store that can't cook rice properly. Every Chipotle location is a hit or miss and this one is a miss. Also, the store was almost completely dead at 7:20pm. Red flag.Go to the Chipotle on Hulen (Trinity Commons) instead, their food is consistently good.
