Food was skimped, employee just slathered the food in my bowl onto one side and the trash cans were overflowing

Chipotle in Watauga is better, heck even the one on Western Center is better.

Missing 1/4 of my bowl lol for how expensive it is they should fill the bowl up and not be greedy. Also got some chips bug I swear there was only 10 in the bag unbelievable. This is my usual spot but now have to look for a better one which is gonna be impossible.

Friendly, fast, and they make sure you have an accurate order. They know their ingredients when you ask questions and that is awesome! Food was terrific, yummy and fresh.

Terrible customer service and this chipotle is super stingy on their portions and the staff is flat out rude.

Had to wait for almost 10 min just to get a “ I’ll be with you in a few”, mind you no one was in there except for another worker who it looked like just got off was ordering. After the guy came and asked me how can he helped me, told me they only had brown rice. Mind u it’s almost two hours before closing. So I was thinking that’s crazy very upset, normally I don’t chat like this but definitely upset about this event.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Things were great at first. Portions were good. However, the new crew that they have here, I feel that they should have more training to enhance the customers experience. A couple weeks ago I came here ordered a bowl and a side of chips and queso. When I received my queso, the queso wasn’t even filled up. It was barely filled halfway. Then today I go back & the same exact thing happen with the queso. And the rice was very mushy this time too.

Decided to try the new brisket, and I ordered double meat because I know that Chipotle likes to skimp out on giving people protein. What I got hardly looks even like a single portion of protein let alone a double, which I paid nearly 7 dollars for! Embarrassing to see how far down Chipotle has gone. Also the employees were awful, and slacking off on their phones talking to one another. I'm Gen Z and even I know better.

As others have shared in recent reviews, I too have come here to report issues with food quality (burnt, dry, overcooked), employee behaviors (poor attitudes), and generally poor service overall. When reflecting on the problems I saw in the last 7 days, on more than one visit, I honestly don't believe you will be able to remedy them with more training as what I observed are behaviors of employees that simply don't care. On a somewhat positive note, there was at least one person on my visits that was actually delivering good service but those around them with poor attitudes literally brought them down right before my eyes.

Cannot recommend this location. If the owner of this location is reading this, I would recommend some mystery shops of your location and some quick changes when you see what's really going on when the "boss isn't around"

Went here to spend money on bland, bad attitudes, and rude employees. This Chipotle is the most disgusting location I have been to . The workers barely want to give you what you ask . The food is bland and you can tell the prepping of the food is done improperly. The chips were stale , it was a complete waste of money and gas .My whole family's food was nasty and when you ask for extras they act like it's coming out of their paycheck . I won't be coming back to this location . I tried to give a chance a few times and every time I leave disappointed . Yuck !

I will never order through the app and use the drive thru again at this location. I ordered a bowl with extra carnitas. They charged me $4 for extra carnitas. I get home and the bowl is packed to the top with tons of lettuce and then a lot of onions and peppers but basically no carnitas. I don't even think it was a quarter of the regular serving yet they charged me an extra $4. It was basically a veggie bowl with a little bit of carnitas. I paid $4 extra for basically 1/4 of a regular serving. That's an easy way to lose customers.

The employees attitudes are trash.
