This Chipotle is a hit or miss. Chips are usually stale. My burrito gets smaller every time I order. Employees aren't quick to help.

The manager at this Chipolte Jonathan is always so nice, pleasant, and patient. Any time I have been in and seen an employee possibly struggling or maybe looks a little stressed under pressure of long lines he steps and patiently helps the team member and trains them always with kindness. I have seen him there morming, noon, and night. And everytime he has the same positive, welcoming, moods to not only his customers but also his employees. Huge SHOUTOUT to him. Very rare in today’s fast paced world. Give that man a raise!

This location does not know how to make steak or rice. EVER.
The rice is routinely medium rare (AKA crunchy) and not cooked correctly.
The steak is always overcooked, super chewy, and charred to oblivion. (Like, dang, take it off the burner already!!!)
Chipotle isn't cheap. We have wasted so much money here on subpar food. We had to ban this location. Sad.

We ordered $100 order online through Uber eats we were missing the side that we ordered. We were missing all the drinks that we ordered when we tried to the actual chipotle to see what happened. It was just a automated service that would not let us get to an actual person and told us that we had to go online to for our complaint and wait For an online confirmation receipt that we never received we called three or four times and still got the same automated service extremely unhappy that about $30 worth of our order was not in our order. Would love to get this dissolved if we can manage to get a hold of somebody.

They are always out of everything you ask for, when you order online they charge you, and you arrive to nothing. The service is terrible, and obviously the management does not know how to run a restaurant. The stuff on the line looks burnt and old, yet they often don’t have the meat required to complete your order. Get rid of the lazy employees and management, and maybe you wouldn’t have to drive 3 miles in another direction for stellar service.
