Super hit and miss location here. Experience is entirely dependent on the day. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. Customer service is generally poor, feels like they are constantly cycling out employees but can’t find or keep the good ones. The short guy is really nice though and they’ve always gotten my food out fast.

It's Chipotle. You know what to expect. Sometimes it's that, sometimes it's not. It depends entirely on who is working that shift, and this location is no exception. A regular veggie burrito is over $10 now, and my last visit was greeted and ended by a sharp-tongued, very abrupt young lady who clearly did not want to be at work that day.Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl substitutes guacamole for the protein, get double beans and fajita veggies

The young lady had an attitude when making my burrito and salad, didn't receive my salad dressing.

Food was horrible and bland. Ordered double portions of meat and the bowl was the same portion size as the single order. When I asked the manager to make it right the the shrug and response of” what about it?” Told me he had no interest in making it right or fixing it. MyKids meal that was ordered with chicken had no meat, thankfully he Itleast gave me a side of chicken for the kids meal that didn’t have any in it. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Will not be going back unfortunately.

This location is terrible and it’s my fault for using this location which is a shame because it is so close. This location is always out of something with no resolution to correct the issue. The only excuse I ever get is that “I just got here”. Terrible management and Nate or Tate has no business being a manager if he can’t figure out how to run - shift. Food taste terrible, horrible customer service, employees wearing EarPods while working. Shows the level of accountability with management and upper management. Avoid this location if at all possible.

We love Chipotle but the service at this location was terrible. The guy serving was rude and got upset when I asked for a double serving (I am aware it’s extra) they were also out of everything. Bad service all together. Next time I want Chipotle I’ll go elsewhere.

This location is getting more and more ridiculous every day. The food tastes bad. We like Chipotle but this is nor Chipotle standard.We just got the order for lunch today. The rice is mushy like porridge and look at the old lettuce. So disgusting.

We order here for online pickup weekly. In recent months portion sizes have been extremely small, every order has missing ingredients including the ones you have to pay extra for, and I’ve given up on trying to order a burrito because nobody who works there is able to wrap one correctly. Go to a different Chipotle location or eat at Jimboy’s in the same shopping center.
They charge me for double meet twice they didn't have ice,all drinks was hot, no salad dressing was a disaster this

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I have been to this location twice and will never return. The staff is very rude and unfriendly, and the restaurant is always a mess. Food is okay but they barely give you a regular size portion of rice, beans, and meat.

This store had trash all over the floor, dirty tables and chairs, over flow of trash in trash cans, empty and near empty food holders on serving line. Nothing appeared fresh. We will never be back …, too many better

I am here at least two times a week. There’s been a male that prepares my orders that is extremely rude, short, and has tainted my Chipotle experience.It’s made me not enjoy coming in and that’s a problem.He’s there today and again it was awful. 02/07/24.
