Decided to try this place on my day off and it completely made my afternoon. The food is out of this world. Great staff and atmosphere as well. Highly recommend the truffle fries!

The food at this burger joint was good for the price, but the service and food safety was pretty concerning. The staff was not knowledgeable about the price of common items on the menu, as well as not knowing, or attempting to find out, the actual amount of meat used in their burgers. When asked about the size of the burger the serves gestured vaguely, and upon asking about the specific size, simply shrugged. There was no customer service to be found at all, the employees acted like they didn't care about us or the restaurant whatsoever. While dining, I witnessed the servers and cook eating and drinking in the kitchen, and then resuming normal tasks without any washing of hands or changing gloves. If this level of disregard for food safety was publicly visible, I am terrified to know what rules they ignore out of the public eye. Not somewhere I'd recommend AT ALL, considering the low quality food and horrible experience. I'd love to believe that someone was having a bad day, but after seeing years of bad reviews for this location it's obvious that they don't care about improving anything.

Food is amazing but can we not be touching each other , especially with handling food? Younger male that was all over his girlfriend. I'm trying to not pass anything nor catch it.

Burger was well made. Fried pickles were real good. Nice spot.
Came down to Fort Worth from the NYC area and my boyfriend wanted to try this burger place for dinner. I wasn’t very hungry and normally don’t finish a whole burger when I go out. I ended up eating the entire thing, all the sides it was SO GOOD. I got the wine country burger and we also had fries and fried pickles on the side. The burger was out of this world on flavor and I loved their style of fried pickles (lightly breaded, great seasoning, spicy ranch). Team was friendly and atmosphere was quiet and clean. Will definitely be back someday!

Management has no scruples when dealing with contractors. They have no problem not paying for services rendered.
Somewhere between fast food and a sit-down restaurant is Chop House. Counter service with a casual dining area and a lovely outdoor patio located just around the corner from Sundance Square. Their FW Burger Week offering was pretty tasty and would have benefited from a cold Shiner Bock but at $5/bottle I had to pass.
Parking: Free street parking downtown after 6pm!
Kid-friendliness: I suppose kids would be welcome here since it’s kind of casual.

Couldn't rate the food unfortunately. It was our first time here after hearing great things about this place. However, after arriving at 7pm we proceed to order and as I'm ordering they cashier tells me they are "out of" some of the items on the menu. Confused I ask what exactly.. then was told they "could" make a bacon cheeseburger but because they are closing at 9pm can't. We left and most likely won't be back.

1st time and burger was great. Potato fries were good, not the best I've had but still good. Monday night at 630pm was a great time to go. Parking was easy as was the 2 block walk.

Burger is delicious, fries are delicious, and the shake is spectacular! It’s definitely not a cheap burger place. For a burger with fries and drink I’d expect to spend about $20. But I’d also say it’s worth it over whatever typical fast food meal you’d get for your 10-12 dollars.
