The place itself is good for kids but the food quality on that salad bar was beyond disappointing to say the least. The salad looked so old. Had I seen it first, I never would have spent my money on it. 12 dollars for old lettuce. I even mentioned it to the girls at the counter and they acted like it was still ok, she said it's been there all day. At that point, ya'll should have given it away for free. I took a picture of it and about an hour or so later they changed it out. What a difference it was but they thought old lettuce was healthy to consume to begin with. Do better, people spend a lot of money to take their kids there! Poor quality.

On Friday July 25, 2025 My special needs son was told he could not jump in the trampoline zone because he would keep the socks on. He’s a high sensory to the socks. He takes them off. I was definitely watching and making sure he didn’t hurt him self. He’s non verbal. How do you expect for him to respond? This is the second time we have visited. Previous worker/manager didn’t have a problem with it. He was the only child jumping. That hearted me to my heart and my son cried though he didn’t know what was going on. Chuckie E. Cheese thought they were going to dismiss my kid and not refund me my money. She hurried to the register and gave me my refund. I was watching him the whole time. I will never forget that day!!! I will never book a party or visit. Worst visit of my LIFE

Went today with our bronze membership that we won and the manager wasnt helpful at all. When winning this i had taken it to a different location where they set it up and I was told a phone number was all I needed. Its supposed to work at all participating locations so when I took my family to this location I was a little nervous but figured if it didn't work we would just go to the original location we had been to before. I spoke to a cashier upon arrival who was incredibly nice and welcoming. She was having issues pulling it up so she needed to talk to her manager. When the manager found out she said that it must not have been linked with the chuck e cheese app and asked me to download it. I had to step out of the building due to bad reception but I took the time and set it up. When I came back inside she was immediately dismissive and just kept saying how the other location messed it up and the bar code didn't work because it had already been activated. I asked if I could just show her the email proving that I had it and that it had an expiration date on it (August 30th) and she said no. Ive worked in customer service and so I know it was out of her hands but I was really upset about the fact that she asked me to download the app and then didn't even want to see it after. She came off like she just immediately was done with me and wasnt friendly at all. We were looking at possibly booking a birthday party at this location and im so thankful we chose to visit before we booked because I will not be there again. I can understand it being out of her hands but its the way I was treated that I take issue with. The other team members that we interacted with were very friendly especially the lady who was checking people in and out of the establishment. She was incredibly kind to my family just wish the manager had been the same.

There was a roach looking at our food from the ceiling, i didnt know that they had companions in this place. We come here all the time, we would not come back to this location again.. this roach was almost 3 inches… This make me cancel my membership…smh
