The ladies at the front Saturday march 9at 1.45 did ALOT of talking and not helping. There conversations were more important then service.. then had the nerve to have an attitude and talk shit in Spanish like I didn’t know. There wasn’t even people behind me and rolled here eyes because she forgot to give me a wristband saying o walked of but she walked off to go talk to her coworkers after giving me socks and no wristbands
I always come here and I see why they are going out of business won’t give me money anymore not to get talked about like a fool by young immature kids they are rude have bad attitudes and very smart mouths

Not enough staff. I waited in line to get wrist bands for the trampoline. However, they insisted my grandson had to be present for the band as if I'm not capable of putting it on him myself. I had to make him stop playing the game he was playing for this. When I got back to the counter, I had to wait again. And the young lady was extremely rude...

There is a rude teenager named Makayla. She’s always very rude, and has unprofessional hair color. I think it’s bright pink, it’s a distraction. Anyway, she’s always rude and has an attitude.
On another note there a girl name Nevaeh and she’s always very sweet and helpful. Also Bre the manger is great!!
