Came in on the 4th and they only had one worker and someone in the kitchen. Vanessa thank you so much for helping us out. Most of the games are broken and the prizes are over priced. Other than that, Vanessa was great and the food was good.
The staff is really nice and polite but it took almost an hour for our medium pizza to come out…
Yesterday was a blast for the kids. This location is understaffed, they only had one worker Vanessa. I saw her at 3 locations, kid check, register, and she did our tickets for us. I also saw her at the salad station. Vanessa if you are reading this, thank you so much for your help. Please get more staff.

Chuck E. Cheese is a fun destination for families, offering a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. The arcade features new and improved machines, including a trampoline for little ones. A whole salad bar caters to vegetarian options. The venue has added more games and a play space along with the trampoline area, which guests find very fun. There is an option for unlimited play in the trampoline and play space for only $16.99 more, making it a worthwhile investment for those seeking all-day fun. Some visitors feel that this feature should be included in the regular price. While some guests have expressed concerns about staff not checking kids' arm numbers, others have praised the superfriendly staff and clean facilities. The staff, especially a host named Marquisha, is known for being attentive, sweet, and friendly. Overall, it is a kid-friendly spot where families can have a great time, with some guests even saying it was the best day ever. Despite busy days with multiple parties, visitors enjoy the atmosphere, good food, and working games. Many find the experience worth the cost, and some plan to buy the fun pass for even more enjoyment in future visits.
