Stellar service is all I can say. Wish I had the guy's name who was our host at our party but this young man went above and beyond to accommodate us as well as the other guests. He was on top of everything! We did not have to ask for anything. Was as almost as Jr was reading our minds so to say. Thanks for the stellar service, we all had a blast!
I had my son’s birthday party here for his 5th celebration! They did an amazing job, the manager was very sweet and made sure that I was happy as well as my son ! I do recommend to throw a party here ! They are great !
I'm not impressed. Though it was overpriced. Lots of games were not working.
My granddaughter loved it
Ask the grandkids where they want to go , they always say Chuch E Cheese. It's changed a lot since my kids were little. There are a lot more games to play. The timed game cards are much better as well. The pizza is pretty too.
Great place to take the grandkids
It was really nice!! Arlington and Grand Prairie definitely doesn't have that set up... It was great and Chasity was very professional. The salad bar was lovely until a man from the back put his fingers in the croutons. The employee was wonderful about dumping them out and replacing them 😔 The wings were great as well ❤️🩹
Beautiful place for kids
I am a silver member. I love visiting Chuck E. Cheese with my three girls. The staff at the Fort Worth location is very helpful and friendly.

Shout out to Sean!
Expensive, not worth the money the games are quick and disappointing even for a 3 and 4 year old. I had to pay $15:more for them to use the crawling and jumping area. Then I noticed many children were using it for free. Extremely unorganized even when Chucky came out for a whole 10 mins. The endless salad bar ($12) embarrassing. There was nothing on the salad bar to choose from. The total for 1 adult and 2 kids end up being $90.00 plus tax.

We were invited to a birthday party which was great. To my children delight there was a newer jumping feature. On the sign it states you need grip socks to enter. I understand that, however I went to get socks and it was over 10 dollars per socks. That is so outrageous else were it 2 to 5 dollars per sock .I invested over 30 dollars for socks plus other expenses. Also there was a little girl who had slid resist socks and was not allowed to enter play area because they were not from Chucky Cheese. I will not be returning nor will I recommend anyone else go.
