We've given up. We had 2 meals ordered for delivery and only received one. Then we tried a few weeks later to go back there physically so we knew the order would be right. The containers of potatoes, macaroni, etc were half empty and the special thing has always been that the chicken stays crispy even when cold. Now it gets soggy so they must have cooked the recipe. I think we're done going there considering how much they've increased their prices for less food and less quality. It's always been my favorite but not anymore.

This location has brought me back to when I first used to go with my family for dinner. Everything was fresh, the biscuits were great and everything was hot. An earlier review complained about the outside. As long as the food is on point, I don't care if it looks bad. It's not the best area or neighborhood so. To the manager or owner, keep this standard up. We will be back more often and we have tried many in dfw.

Good customer service but the chicken was awful. I mean this chicken was really BAD! It tastes like they dropped it back in the grease to make it hot and it had no flavor it was awful!
Let me say this there chicken here was horrible and uncooked made me and my kids sick. Asked for a refund and they gave me problems. 30.00 dollars on a 8 piece meal....

I'm from SC and I have not had good Church's chicken the 10 years I've been living in TX UNTIL I ate here!!! I am literally planning on visiting my kid in college just so I can have a reason to revisit this churches. I wish they could come teach the farmers branch location how to make good chicken!
