seen one of the workers yelling at a customer on tiktok didn't seem professional and I would never go here after seeing that

They workers are ok but the owner/ managers are very unprofessional and their respect levels are lacking to say the least. And on top of all of this, the food was old, cold, and stale. But wants to be defensive when I asked for my money back for this horrible food and even more horrible service...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

You only get decent food and service when The owner is there, we were served today by a young lady named Trimonisha C. She was eating, not at all concerned about taking our order, Had no one behind me in the line and she told me I needed to get out of the car and come to the window to add something to my order, then she gave us old food which the owner does not do!!!! And actually prides his location on having fresh food!!. altogether I spent $30 on six pieces of chicken and three tenders and one small mashed potatoe and none of it was good. I think she needs a vacation!!! Didn’t look like she wanted to be there maybe they’ll give her a vacation, Permanently!!! I hate that hard as Times are and as expensive as things are, you have to pay for trash and put up with people who do not want to work!!!! S. M. H

Oil was dark asf and chicken over cook old lady use no timer or wash he hands every time she when in the restroom smh no wey hands or try washing her hands my kids got sick due to yall oil being dark and the session was not on point Lisa's chicken got better taste smh got 2 sick girls due to yall work old lady don't wash her hand no timer on food and oil dark asf

I waited 5 minutes before being shown any acknowledgement at the walk up window.

I order a 12 piece chicken meal and was hand a box of old and cold bones with skin on them and mashed potatoes were also cold I will not be returning to that location

whenever I want hot fresh fried chicken without a long wait I go to churches chicken consistantcy guaranteed and it is always hot fresh and made to your order

I came here around 9:20 and waited like 5 mins at the speaker for no one to greet me or say a word. Then I pulled to the front and there was an associate talking on the phone who appeared to try & hide when I looked in & we made eye contact… The open sign was on & flashing so I have no idea what was going on but I don’t get paid by the hour like she does so why waste my time. Even if you closed up early just say that… I’ll continue driving past this place as I have been .
