I went to get something for my wife and when i went through the drive through i wasnt greeted and i had to drive to the window to see both employees in the front window having a conversation with a customer who was waiting on his order. When i finally ordered it came right out which was weird because it was a simple order of two piece white regular and now I know why it came out so early. They gave me the spicy that has been sitting there and I had to hear it from my wife how I got the order wrong and how her heart burn was acting up. Now I need this resolved and my wife back happy before I retell this story on all social media so they can not go to this specific location with bad service

No where to sit. Food is average. And they expect you to eat a tender meal dry. If not you have to pay for sause that should be free. So just find a different location cause this one
Sit in the drive thru window for 4 minutes ordered my food. Pulled up behind 2 cars waited for them. A lady pulled up with her order and she didn't look happy and I know why. I got my food and left opened up my box, the chicken was fried too long the tea was hot and before that she set my food in the window until she got done from doing whatever. I guess she thought it was cute but it wasn't. I won't be returning back to this one.

I went through the drive through and the young lady was too consumed with a phone call in her ear than getting orders correct. I should have checked my order before leaving, especially when I saw a car in front of me return, but I was too far gone to return to realize I was over charged for my order. I ordered a thigh and a wing, and received two legs ?

Follow your first mind I hate the customer service here always rude or slow or no emotion the owner or manager is awful I live almost 39 minutes away family starving well lets eat. Took forever get home no biscuits or forks no napkins ? nothing I ordered chicken fried steaks large okra smallest bag I ever seen . I am pissed spent almost,35dollars . Never going back. I called all he could offer was 3buscuits no apology or nothing.. he don't have to worry about me again..
