Horrible, frustrating. Manager had no clue how to use their own phone app, let alone redeem a free item thru the app. Didn't offer any other guidance or inconvenience gesture.
Coupon was only good for 1 time once activated.

Stop about 7:00p.m looking forward to real good chicken,wings and breast,service was poor (bad attitude employees) 👎guess cause of the location I just moved to ft worth about a month will not go back , owner should hire someone that respects all customers regardless of location !!!

I don't want to give yall 1 star but I guess it is what it is. I'll keep this short and simple, horrible customer service the guy on the speaker was a total rude asshole and to hear you have no chicken at 7pm on a Monday is ridiculous!! Yall need to do better!!
