Ordered mixed family meal. Received all legs and thighs, no breasts or wings. Everyone is not a dark meat fan... Paid over $40 for chicken that I won't be eating. BTW, the chicken smelled like fish.

I didn't try their food but I noticed they didn't have any of the specials that the locals have. I came to that location by mistake anyway. I was trying to go to the one on seminary.

Ugh! We were the only customer in drive thru and one car was in the parking lot. Had avery hard time understanding operator. We ordered TWO items and got home with ONE! Yes we shud have looked in the bag but we were lazy and hungry. Def makes us hesitate to go there again.

Drove 20 minutes for them to tell me at 6pm if I wanted white meat chickent t would be a 15-20 minute wait

Customer service was a nightmare. As someone working in food service for 7 years, I understand getting busy, but to have a customer replace their order because you were “on the phone” and were “distracted” is absolutely unacceptable. Regardless of the situation you should never tell a customer that you were distracted while taking their order but then for us to have to get to the window and replace our order entirely from scratch is insane! Very disappointing.

Chicken was dried out and not warm.. left out the dipping sauce that may have made it bearable. Biscuit was flat and hard . The Cole slaw, which I was reluctant to order was the best thing about the meal and it was not great. Gonna throw this out and go to Lisa's Chicken next door.

Went to this location and ordered chicken, requested food to be fresh , however it wasn’t. The chicken had a strong fish smell to the point I thought it was fried in fish grease. Went back to voice complaint about fish smell the lady told me they don’t sell fish!!!!! Do with that information as you please. Me personally I would never buy food from them
