Someone from the health department needs to visit this place and really do something. They expect for you to pay full price for chicken that has been sitting for over 25 mins. When you get the food it’s cold nowhere near hot as you pay for. This is very frustrating and is probably why a lot of people are sick.so after not getting a refund on food I did not get I went back in today to just place a new order and the manager gave me 20.00 from his wallet and told me he did not like people like me and that he did not have any chicken left. Sat the money on the counter and brushed me away with his hands. Sir I pray that Our FATHER IN HEAVEN HAVE MERCY ON YOUR POOR SOUL. With an attitude like that you should not be working in that industry.He was very racial and I will never visit that location again. Not even for gas. How do you get mad at someone who paid for fresh hot food not 30 minutes old and cold. Well does not matter to me cause I know my money is welcomed somewhere more cleaner and will actually pass an inspection.

These guys are super rude. Sometimes the chicken is red near the bone, you have to cook it at home so you dont get sick because they arent using the cooking timers properly. If you call and they do actually answer they say, " what?" Or "yes?". Going in person isn't much different, and they will still get your order wrong and give you an attitude about it. I know it's in a gas station, but over the years the employees they hire have just gotten so bad. Avoid this place and drive further out to a different churches.

This Church’s use to be good but it’s trash now. The chicken isn’t fresh it sits there all day. They always have a 5-10 minute wait in the drive through. This is the 3rd time I was missing the biscuits. The gravy was more than half empty thick and cold. The strips were hard and skinny not even strips. The chicken was bland it’s not seasoned well. This is the 3rd time we’ve been disappointed by this Church’s….not sure why my fat-ahh keeps going but it won’t happen again
I know that chicken fast food restaurants will buy less desirable chickens due to buying at a discount. I went to the Churches on Western Blvd on 12/12/23 at 835pm. I ordered a breast, wing, and leg with fries and drink. I always smell my chicken for freshness. This chicken had a bit of a odor. I ate some of the fries and a few bites of the breast and wing. I should of ask for my money back but due to it was busy didn't want to make a scene. I ended up giving it to my dogs because cudnt take the odor. It's sad manager's or owners will sell out their customers just to make a profit.

They got rid of several locations, so it's been YEARS since I had some. I remember the biscuits being bigger and more honey. The chicken was the same. The forested biscuit was just okay. The apple pie will be a hard pass.

Ordered a 16PC MIXED Family meal, and was given a 16PC legs and thighs order of spiccy, none of the correct sides. I contacted the manager, and was told he woul not do anything for me on this matter, he was getting ready to close and he was not able or willing to fix my order, very rude and kept yelling at me. Please stay away from this store if you want the wright food and any type of customer service. The food and menu items at this location arenot worth the money or time. Only one star is too high.
