Church's Texas Chicken

It took to long for my order to get taken. The jalapeño peppers 🌶 were mushy and the Chicken taste like it had been sitting in grease over night.

The kid at the drive thru windows was very rude. He needs to find a different job since he doesn't like his current one.

Went to churches chicken on mccart ordered my food spent over $40.00 got all the way home and there was NO gravy in my bag or on the 2 orders of potatoes I ordered, the chicken was just chicken and flour NO seasoning at all. Called corporate spoke with Ashley I ask for the same of the general manager she said she could not give me his /her name and they would call me back . She could not tell me when I would get a call back. This is my first experience with my food with no seasoning at this churches chicken . You would think that it would be seasoned and they give you all that you order with the high prices. I will not be back for a very long time and I will also let my family know so they will know not to go to this restaurant.

I placed my order online to have it ready to pick up while I was on lunch. I even waited a while before heading that way to give more time knowing it is the lunch rush. When I walked in the cashier was leaned on the counter having a nice little conversation. When she finally gave me her attention I told her I was there for a pick up. She looked at my order and walked over to drop the bombers (instead of asking if I wanted to wait or replace for something else). Proceeded to fix the rest of the food to sit and get cold while waiting for the bombers. When I asked the other lady what my order was waiting on she said she's packing it and walked off! All of that to get my order and find out the chicken in the wrap is old. Not only that the chicken that was ordered was supposed to be original, it was spicy and old!! What's the point of an online order if you still have to wait?! I would have understood if they were busy or simple communicate the problem!!!!!!!

What’s the point in placing an online order to be ready when you pick up if they’re not gonna start on ur order until u get there and have to wait 10 mins?!?!

Check your order before you leave because I ordered a 3 piece chicken and when I got home I only had 2 pieces. It’s giving the wrong phone number on line so I couldn’t call. I’m very upset.

This location has the best hot and fresh chicken.

The fries chicken was really good. Perfect batter. Got a good deal too. Going to go back when I get a chance. I have not been to this location in a long time bc we moved. I did go there once ina while before, but the few times I have ordered chicken to go it's been from KFC exactly twice in the last year. Each time I was not impressed. This is way better. Thank you. Y'all keep up the good work!

This is the second instance where I've had an issue and it's gone unaddressed. My chicken box was full of GREASE! Like literally so greasy ! *update* THEY STILL HAVE NOT REACHED OUT!!! ???
