Church's Texas Chicken

Employees are rude. This Employee was looking daggers at all customers that interacted with him, he didn't care they were polite to him. A customer before another couple and me was checking her order making sure everything was in her bags. Everything was there and thanked them. They serviced the couple, they wanted a drink but the dispenser wasn't working, the male employee did something and asked them to try again and this time it worked they thanked him and gave him a thumbs up but the employee still looked annoyed at them. As if they did something wrong or how dare they make him do his job. That asked for. Then it was my turn with a female employee. I heard her said that the lady customer that was checking her food put her on a bad mood, said it in spanish. I asked for fries instead of mash potato and paid for the difference. When I get I order I checked my bags and I got mashed potatoes instead of my fries I showed her my receipt, she took it, she looked mad, gave me my fries and for some reason kept my receipt.

Bad service, the employees are rude, they close the store before the time and collapse the store while they only listen to music apparently

This establishment has horrible customer service. Even though I’ve been given old chicken and fries in the past, I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The young worker in the drive through messed up my order today after I tried to make sure she got the order correct. When I walked in and asked her to fix it. She talked trash about me in Spanish to the manager, even though the mistake was hers and I was standing right there. Needless to say, I asked for a refund and won’t be frequenting this establishment any longer.

The Chicken was really good and hot,but not for the price,also the Drive thru worker was rude even though she said they were short handed....will return and hopefully it will be better experience...

Never disappointed with the taste and quality of food. Service is sometime fast when you go into the establishment. They can prep better for items they deplete quickly such as apple pies. I enjoy chicken beasts more. Never dry. Food is pricey.

Went to claim my free Chicken and they couldn't understand anything and was speaking in another language I left and will never go back they don't care about their customers just useless I would give a 0 if I could!

Atmosphere/environment is absolutely disgusting Roaches crawling around, one was were hairnet or washing their hands. There was cooking flour all over the floor

This location must have a copy of my debit card because they have been trying to take money off my card for a week straight after I had purchased chicken 2 weeks ago that was disgusting especially the mac and cheese tasted like mustard and salt this is the worst churchs chicken I ever been too I will be reporting y'all to corporate to keep trying to take money off my card over a order that's 2 weeks old I mean they keep running my card 10 times in a day over the nasty chicken which made us all sick I will be contacting the health department and corporate
