Had a great time with atmosphere & server Jenn. Would highly recommend for food & drink, especially happy hour. Jenn was the sweetest, most helpful, attentive and knowledgeable on the menu items - a definite place to return to.

Worst service ever! It wasn't even a rush hour! We got sat down by the host and then 20 passes by and not one server had attend to our table. He seen us where we were seated but not a person asked us what we wanted to drink. But they were attentive to the other customers around us. I'm pretty sure it was a racial reason because everyone there was white! So I'm pretty sure if we were white people we would've gotten our orders taken fast and friendly. I wouldn't come back to this place ever again!!!

Took my family here for the first time. Wish the waitress would have let my VERY pregnant sister order off the kids menu (menu does not having an age limit listed). She can’t eat much. She ended up not ordering anything. Overall, our favorite Tex-Mex and usually get very friendly staff to serve us!

🍹 Margheritas were over $12 each and may as well have been frozen slushies with ZERO alcohol... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on these drinks. The food was good, though. 😋

Used to be my favorite place, but I don't know what happened :( Also, the new ranch as a dip is a really weird addition to a TexMex place... 🤢
I frequent this chuys but my mind was blown tonight when we ordered $225 worth of food for pick up, including 2 queso’s, 1 salsa, 1 large creamy jalepeno sauce and 7 meals just to have to argue with the chip guardian when I asked for more than 1 bag of chips because “well technically it only comes with one”

Used to frequent Chuys consistently between 2012 and 2018. We were busy for a couple of years and finally returned in 2024. The food was mediocre at best and I found a large piece of plastic in my food. So we left and didn't come back until February 2025. Yikes, what happened? All of the wait staff are unkempt to say the least. They need a bar of soap and a hair brush. No smiling faces, no professionalism. The food was worse this time then when I found the plastic. Everything needs salt and spices. Tastes like On The Border, which I haven't been to in 10 years because their food started to taste like this place. I think we're finally done with Chuys.
