Ordered a pizza online through the Cicis app couldn’t find where it says original pepperoni. It only had zesty pepperoni or ultimate pepperoni. I ordered disaster, zesty, pepperoni long story short I got it delivered when I got to my house I noticed it looked white and creamy called the store. They told me what was on it let them know that my child was allergic to it and if I could come up there and if they can make me another one free of charge or discount, and they told me no, my order was over $30. So disappointed the manager wasn’t even trying to Satisfy me as a customer

This is the worst place I have ever been they didn't have anything and if they did give you what you asked for it was very little they were rood and all the pizza was made with a spicy sauce I won't be back and I like Cicis pizza from my home

I got here last night around 8:50 to try dine in with my girl. They lied and said they close the dining area at 9, which I know for a fact is a lie because I’ve eaten at this same Cicis after 9pm. They already were cleaning and just didn’t want to have to deal with it.
Service at this CiVics is what makes it different than any other. Good job y'all. Almost breaks my expectations. At CiCis!
