Cicis Pizza

My family and I have been coming here for years but as of lately the new staff and management are unfriendly and condescending and beam their eyes at you while you're trying to enjoy food . Abuelita would come by and clear the tables but the new people just stand there all hostile . The manager with the blue collar shirt wouldnt make us any pizzas or answer questions at all he needs to be removed he even made the kitchen workers uncomfortable and made them work extra hard despite the place being DEAD . We were the only fsmily in there yet he insisted on wasting product to make pizzas to just sit there. Don't waste your money here any more.

The buffet was spotless! The manager on Sunday made sure it stayed that way, cleaning up immediately any time something fell out of place. The restaurant overall was very clean as well. Our pizza and salad were both fresh and delicious—we really enjoyed our visit! The only thing I would suggest is making the darker chocolate a full-time option; it’s so good!

Went to this location the other day and had some issues with my card and i didnt have enough money so i asked if one of the to go drink could be removed and she said no. So i was suppose to get a refund for the 16.99 that was charged to my card but CICIS PIZZA REFUSES TO REFUND ME MY MONEY!!! If i wanted $17 worth of pizza i wouldve ordered togo i just wanted to eat with my kid and go finish our errands but NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION ON MY CARD SO I CAN GET MY $16.99 back. I WONT EVER GO TO CICIS AGAIN.. FORT WORTH CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS IS CRAZY… talk about incompetence…

Update: the new manager and the skinny girl that works are rude and we will not be back. We usually come at least 2/3 times a month. But I will find a different one to go to. They tried to overcharge me, pizza is always old and they have an attitude when asking for a custom pizza, and the lady snatched the utensils out of my 3 yr olds had.

We love cici's pizza b/c we can customize our pizzas. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Super sad that half of the games dont work ! Leaves you with 3 that do but 2 out of 3 just eat your coins 😭 also it was super super hot while visiting today ! My kids where disappointed ages 5 and 8 couldn't plays games to win prizes or candy . Left us with just the dinosaur shooting game ! And the claw where you can win bounce balls .

The AC is broke. It was 92 degrees in there, in the middle of summer. I feel bad for the staff in the kitchen.

45 minutes waiting for 4 pizzas

It wasn't the worst place to hangout and eat. It was pretty clean. staff were nice. good was pretty good. would recommend if hungry for pizza at a good price

America the manager is friendly and place is clean good eating environment. Their new chocolate pizza is delicious!! Good management!
