I went and ordered my Meat Lovers Pizza and since I didn't finish it they gave me a box to take away But today there is a gray-haired lady, perhaps 65 or 70 years old, she was the one who attended to me and when my son asked her for a little box she told me that I have to pay for the pieces that were left, because of her advanced age I did not put her in her place. We will never return because there are more Cicis Buffet

This is a really strange cicis… Staff is really weird! Just saw the pizza guy eating the cheese with his bare hands and with that same hand full of saliva he continued doing the pizza…. He also saw me looking at him all grossed out! Pleas train your employees… Nasty atmosphere to be honest… This is the kinda people that go to the restroom don’t wash their hands and continue prepping food! 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢 Also they didn’t have regular cups and want to say maybe less work for them 🤔

Today is December 27,2024 and 3 people have walkers and a few wanted to sit upstairs well the wheelchair ramp is closed and blocked by tables they told them to go outside and walk up the hill to the other door all the workers barely speak English the chicken soup is not fixed up right at all

First time eating at Cici's and overall not a bad experience, some of the food however was cold and the dessert was oddly stale which was rather sad. My biggest issue however was the fact this one guy kept coming over to me and my friends table while we were clearly trying to eat and relax after a difficult day, first conversation was about corny joke which was just fine, but then after awhile the conversations kept adding up Everytime he passed by, the constant talk about religion and trauma dumping was where it crossed the line, if you have a employee that has serious issues to the point where he's trying to pressure consumers about religion and personal issues then something needs to be done. And reading previous reviews, the fact he trauma dumped on a 14 year old boy with his father present is just a low blow...not sure if I'd come back to this location.

My chief complaint is the restrooms aren't handicap friendly! I've read other post, where this is addressed. I don't know how long your "elevator" has been broken but from what I read it's been awhile. We ordered 2 all you can eat. We paid and was proceeded to restrooms to find big NO-NO! We asked for refund and left.

Good selections of pizza's and pretty fresh. The location however is pretty dirty. The restroom and the area around it smells like sewage, the flush didn't work in the women's room. The tables and the walls were stick and dirty. One of the staff guys was literally following us non stop and talking to us about Texas culture (because we're brown) despite telling him we have been in the country for almost 20 years. We basically ate as fast as we could and ran out just to get away from him. Wont be going back to this location.

Awesome. Love going with my family. It feeds well and it has great atmosphere. They had some billy Joel playing. Feels the same as it did when I went as a kid.
We were greeted instantly. Food was coming out fast and the pizza bar was always filled. The manager around this time was all over the place she was cleaning, cooking, and cashing out. Way to go team!

I have gotten pizza here 10+ times and never has it been right always missing an ingredient pepperoni,sausage, onion, green pepper, green olives, few jalapeños always missing one ingredient quite disappointing
