Kind of hit or miss with this location. My daughter and I went in for a late lunch and ordered 20 wings and the buffet, somehow came out to $50 for the two of us. Pizza on the buffet had definitely been sitting for a while and the wings were ok it was like they cooked the wings and then put really cold sauce over them. Extreme lack of effort. And the one worker kept bothering people while they were eating, not us thankfully but he kept trying to talk to a retired vet while the poor man was clearly trying to eat. First time I've had such a bad experience with cicis.

Ordered a pizza as we entered. We ate from buffet while waiting for our pizza which never came. As we started to leave we were told that they over looked our pizza. Although we got to take it to go we ate what we didn't want.Brownies were hard as if they were stale.

Cicis pizza is only good if you are really hungry and there is nowhere else to eat. If we had explored the area a little more, we probably would have found a better pizza place. They really did not have a large selection of pizzas to choose from so the food was just okay. We got our plates and went through the line. I went to get my drink and filled my glass with ice and a large screw was in the ice. I pointed this out to the manger and he took the glass and I never saw him again. But, if that had been my store, I would have taken the drinks off of the order but, he didn't do a thing. A person finally brought me a new glass and she apologized up and down for that problem. Don't spend your money or time here unless you are really hungry, low on funds and don't have time to eat anywhere else.
Everything is great food and service wise but arcade games are busted up and broken be cautious when buying a play card not all machines redeem the right amount of ticket points and some won't show at all .needs a whole new makeover upstairs gameroom .

I love eating at cicis after work. There's nothing wrong here, food wise, but some guy who works here keeps trying to start conversations while we eat, and it's kind of annoying. The dude is really nice, but walking back and forth to my table periodically and showing me random videos while i try to eat is not how i want to spend my lunch. All im asking is for this guy to back off a bit. He walked over and interrupted us 5 different times.
