Place is horrible. It’s buffet and there and no fresh pizzas. Salad Bar does have anything that make you want a salad it plain. The Manager was tryna do it all and the staff looks lost. This man needs help. This use to be the best Cicis in Fort Worth.

We went in yesterday 3/26/24 for my little cousin birthday as my daughter was eating a roach approached her. She removed herself from the both and we told the manager. The manger had another worker come over to get the roach and they hid in the back office, no apology, or nothing they didn’t say one word to us. With a total of 10 people that had pay and nothing was done about it saddens me. We will no longer be supporting this location

The pizza & nothing here tasted right it had a weird taste to it. & For whatever reason my Apple Pay wouldn’t work with their machine as to which I don’t know why there was money on my card I should’ve took that as a red flag & left but I didn’t I still tried to give them a chance & they still disappointed me in the end anyways soooooo. Yeah I honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here with your family to eat. It SUCKSSSSS FRLLL!!!
The food at this location is good for a Cici's. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a bit uncomfortable. With time it has only gotten worse. Restrooms aren't checked often it seems, and floors in the dining room aren't swept.
We went to eat but the benches are very dirty and my son also went at that time and he said they were passing through, there was no water for them to come down, well, we had already paid but we didn't eat because of the bathroom.
