The food is of course not bad, it’s just CiCis however the lady at the front charged us extra for cups that we didn’t get, and then their arcade game machines don’t work. Ate $5 of our money and we’re not functioning. They are stealing money from people, and the staff is very rude. The manager was walking around eating, the bathroom was trashed and flooded. Bad experience! Got to lake worth location it’s not too far from here.

We just spent $52 and we didn’t get our dipping sauce for the cinnamon rolls or the extra one we paid for. We also wanted pineapple on the whole pizza and olives on half. Well they put the pineapple on the olives half and the other person hates olives. You can’t eat the cinnamon rolls without the icing and guess what? There isn’t any. Not even the extra we paid for. When we called the store to tell them the girl hung up on us after saying we didn’t get icing. We also only got 2 ranch even though we paid for extra. We got cheese bread, a salad and wings that all should’ve come with their own sauce. So we missed out on a lot. Thanks for ruining our night and us wasting $52. This was our first time ordering from there and we will never order from there again.

For one it was my birthday the day before so I was supposed to get a free buffet. Second it was my son's 13 birthday so he was supposed to get a free one too. Then I got charged for 4 drinks which I didn't want. I wanted water. Still got charged for them even though we only used water

This location is not bad for pizza night with the kiddos, wish they would always make the taco pizza more often though??
Ok. I guess you get what you pay for. Lady blowing her nose at the table and coughing in food area. Pizza like a leather chew toy that's been sitting. Cinnamon rolls hard as a rock. Probably best to spend more for quality elsewhere.

Best Cici's experience I think I’ve ever had. First of all, we went when they were doing their $5.99 adult buffet Mon/Tue special so it was cheap. It seemed like they were popping out a fresh pizza every 5 min. Every time we went for more, everything was fresh & hot. They had their seasonal pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls out and those were fantastic! More clove & cinnamon forward than pumpkin, but they were still great. The floors & tables were clean, the food was hot & fresh, everything was fully stocked, it wasn't overly crowded when we went, the restrooms were clean, stocked, and didn’t stink. My husband worked at Store #001 in Plano and then later at the one in Foley, AL. He said this location felt like coming home. Keep it up!

Brought 5 people in on Monday with the special currently going on. My friend with his girlfriend, parents, and myself. 3 separate transactions. After sitting together, the employee told me that because we were together the coupon was not valid as it only covers up to 4.
If i come back here it will definitely just be 2 of us to make sure the coupon is valid. My apologies to CiCis for bringing more people.

I have just paid my last visit to CiCi's. Their quality has been on a steady decline for the past decade, but was still passable until now. The pizza I got today was incredibly bland. I didn't know it was possible to make pepperoni so tasteless, but they've found a supplier somehow. Combine the lack of quality with the increases in price, and there's no point in ever eating at CiCi's.
