Placing an order online was supposed to make the process of ordering pizza easier Unfortunately, upon arrival of my pick up time, my order was incomplete, and even after looking at my receipt, they still proceeded to try to give me my incomplete order. We patiently waited as we were told our single pepperoni pizza would be out shortly as we are waiting we watched several pizzas come out from the kitchen and put on the buffet and guess what a pepperoni pizza was also freshly made and put on the buffet. I called for the cashier to come back to the counter and ask for the manager to give me a refund, he still insisted that the pizza is in the warmer for over an hour now would be fine. I asked them to please refund my money. As I was waiting for the manager to process my refund and give me a receipt they cashier handed another pick up order that was incorrect to another customer. It would make a lot of sense to have someone at the counter that knew what was going on. Unfortunately, this falls back on management as management is responsible for their employees putting employees at the counter that don’t know what they’re doing.

Our Youth Soccer team had finish playing a tournament near by, we called and spoke with the mananger about us suprising them with 30-40 kids and parents where they took amazing care of all the whole soccer team family.

Can't say anything about the food since I was picking up a delivery order but service was slow. Front counter was dirty AF - there was actually trash on the floor that customers were kicking out of the way.

Went for lunch and had a bit of everything on the buffet. The tossed salad was fresh. The spaghetti was al dente. Many pizza choices with thin and thick crusts. Brownies were just right, not dry or too mushy.

The manager is rude, impolite, very unpleasant. There is no consistency in what they tell you, when you pay they tell you that you can eat everything, and take it home, it is a scam, misleading advertising. I will never go back to that place again.

I was eating there with my family and my little cousin was acting up and my uncle go on to him. There was another family that put there noise where it did not need to be. My uncle who is disabled and over the age of 65 was assaulted by a minor he pushed my uncle which caused him to fall and break a table the cops were called and the manager told the police that he did not have video of the incident which is a lie. So I hope that the manager is ready to find a new job and this restaurant is ready to pay out some money.
