Wasn’t expecting much at just visiting and craving pizza, but coming here and seeing how we’ll manage and organized on assisting guest and having fresh food out once a tray goes empty amazed me on how great service is given here and how great the food tasted ! There were only two worker, one gentleman assisting the front and a lady making the food wise ,thank you so much .! Who would have thought Cici would be one for the books on just simply being a pizza place wise . Big THANK YOU on stomach full and making this place so welcome it feels like I’m back at home . Cici Pizza you have now gained a new fan and supporter in any way there is. It was a pleasure crossing path and I will forever only eat pizza at and from Cicis Pizza 🍕

You can never go wrong with cicis, fresh pizza being made on the spot. If they see a pizza sitting there too long or that is cold they toss is and make a new one. $13 for 2 people, all you can eat? This is a great deal for your buck.

Beyond disappointed with this location after today. I usually always come here to get the Apple pie pizza. I got an apple pie pizza around 6:30 today. When I get home I pick up a slice just for it to fall completely straight down extremely undercooked. So I go back up there to get it remade and showed them. Specifically asked for them to not put that much icing on there again just for it to look worse if not the same. She said yall normally put 20 squirts of icings! Never had this problem Until today. I was given a drink cup while I wait. Coke is my favorite and it was coming out extremely dark and tasted like diet. I mentioned it to the manager and she took a sip and then never did anything about it after that. Just said well I don’t like coke. I use to be an assistant manager this absolutely should’ve been dealt with another way! Felt very ignored and it all felt deliberate because they didn’t wanna do there job right to being with and this wouldn’t have been a problem! Got a refund but I didn’t get an apple pizza like I went up there literally twice for and waited for.

Way better than the one in Decatur. They even the tvs on. And crust isn't so oily. It's actually fluffy. They constantly clean the tables and put out good deserts.

My son took me today and first he payed with his debit and was over charged $5 He noticed it went to talk to mgr on duty he was told he didn't know what to do to go up there tomorrow. Then we were looking forward to eat the chocolate desert we waited to see if they woyld put out new one because the one there you could see had been there for awhile I even got up to ask that same mgr on duty when they would put out a new batch he went to arange the pieces and he sprinkled more powder on them Before I left I went to tell him I saw you putting the powder on them you thought you were slick how disappointing today is my birthday and going there was a huge huge disappointment so beware look on your receipt when you use your debit or credit card
