Food was great! I loved the salad bar options, more than most CiCis. The game section was awesome and clean. The employees were friendly and attentive. It would be a 5 star review.... if the AC was working. My goodness it was soooooo hot!! I shouldn't have to shower after a dinner outing. But other than that, it was nice.

This place is absolutely horrible. The food is horrible, the cheese just slides off of the pizza and the brownie. If I spit out dessert, that should tell you something the place was absolutely disgusting when I walked in barely anywhere to sit, but there is one employee there. An older lady named Kay that was doing an amazing job. Cleaning up everything and welcoming everybody. At the same time in this lady is above and beyond.

We had a little hiccup when we forst arrived but Carol was so great she fixed the hiccup caused by other staff and did so with a smile. She really impressed our family during our visit, not only with amazing customer service but by how she juggled everything so seamlessly. She rang out all guests, busted all tables and even mopped floors ... all during lunch rush!!! Way to go Carol! We will be back!

They up’d their game at this location. Good crew, clean restaurant. The pizza was 10 out of 10! It’s cheesier, hot and fresh. The crew is attentive and friendly. They came and got our plates quickly. Love it. We will definitely be back
I don't know if it's the time we went or what. But when we got to this location on May 24th, it was for my daughter's graduation dinner. This location for whatever reason was hot inside. Granted, yes it was 90-something degrees outside, but you'd think they'd at least turn the AC down to be cooler. Especially with hot pizza ovens going at all times. We were all miserable from the heat outside as well as inside.

Sometimes, they are not too friendly due to being overworked, especially during the coupons deal. Nonetheless, it's a clean place, pizzas are made fresh and are tasty, and, with the addition of game room, it's more fun to eat here. Thanks to the people that work here
