Always a good place to take the family. They stay busy so there is usually a great selection of pizzas. They do make some really weird pizzas though, like a spaghetti and meatballs pizza. To each their own though! You can request them to custom make any kind of pizza you would like. And the cinnamon rolls are always fought over!! They have also upgraded their video game area which is much nicer than in the past.

Cici's used to be pretty awesome growing up. Food is floppy, thin, and oily. They do have an arcade though

Just paid 10.81 for buffet at lunch with no drink,.. Buffet is
8.99. That tax doesn't figure, so enjoy the xtra dollar you're pocketing off everyone who gets water.
Must really line your pockets nicely at the end of the month!
They keep the thermostat about 85°. Way too hot to eat.

Service was not very good aside from the sweet older woman who was bussing and cleaning tables who was super nice and attentive. The food was alright it's Cicis so nothing crazy until my friend found hair in almost every food she got, 3 pieces of pizza had hair and even the chicken noodle soup she found a hair in that. Honestly once is a mistake but more than once they need hair nets at some point. It definitely wasn't one of us,( we both have dark longer hair) and the hair was thin and white. I wasn't expecting super amazing food but I definitely wasn't expecting to find hair in almost every dish. Needless to say i stayed mainly with salad and called it a night.

Our grandkids love this place. The food is good quality for the money, and very convenient for kids to serve themselves. We all enjoy our visits.

I usually have a great experience, employees and food used to be great, but not today. When we walked in the young lady working up front was underwhelmed and acted like she couldn’t stand to loose her sitting position on a stool behind her. The salad was stale and when I went and requested pizza she had to take her hair down and play with it right by the kitchen and salad bar. The kid cooking pizza was doin the best he could but he really had no help as she retreated back to her stool. Pizza was rushed and undercooked. But not the cooks fault at all. He could have used a little help.
Terrible. Dirty and unorganized
Staff argues with you about ordering 1 per person. Even though I was ordering 1 per person. She swore she called my name but I never heard it called. After 20 mins I left.
Went to McDonald’s after

***UPDATE*** Decided to try it out again since they added the arcade area. My kids loved it. Now they no longer have all the disposable items. The only thing that was very bothersome and made me decide not to come back again was the following: The lady at the register, which I was told, was the manager. She is a young thing girl with very light brown hair. So this manager has on a pair of gloves that she checks people out with, then she goes around wiping down the buffet line. I'm assuming the towel has cleaning solution or chemicals right. Well, she does this with the same gloves on. Then she goes to the salad bar and refills the vegetables. Oh, and she never changes her gloves, by the way. So she grabs the containers with the tomatoes opens it up and then with her hands both her hands she puts them in the container and grabs as many tomates as she can and with her hands puts them in the salad bar containers. Yes she still has the same gloves on that i watch her handle the register with then fix her hair with then grab the cleaning towel and clean then stick those same gloves in the tomatoes that my kids and other people were eating. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. She never once changed her gloves at all. This is very concerning. I was present for over an hour and she never changed her gloves at all.
As soon as we walked in the music was too loud it was so loud when I was ordering a special pizza the manager who was taking my order couldn't even hear me. So therefore our pizza came out wrong. Second at this location they do not have a bus boy picking up your plates and cleaning tables you have to take your plates to a station which is fine but when everyone is busy you are stuck looking for a clean table. Third they give u plastic disposable cups for water and paper disposable cups for any other drink which is concerning for the environment.

Games and food would be better if this place was cleaned. Everything here from the bench/s to the high chairs look like a splatter party as well as the walls. This place needs some detailed attention. The table we sat down was a bit crusty. Please, someone do some cleaning. This was at 11am when only 3 customers were in the restaurant with what looks like 5-6 people on staff.

This past time there was a new older white male with glasses working who was just rude. We walked in and went to order and he stared at us with a blank face and didn’t say anything. I said thank you and he didn’t say a word and proceeded to be super friendly with the next set of people behind us. Didn’t think much of it, sat down and began to eat. Then I noticed he was walking around picking up plates and proceeded to skip us, well when he finally did come around to us, he picked up our places and decided our table was a good one to help him clean up the other tables. Keep in mind, there were 2 empty tables next to us. He grabs other customers places and loudly drops them on my wife and i’s table as we are mid eating and is just staring. Throws a few dirty plates down on our table and places the trash can right next to us. I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time and I would never allow that type of behavior.
So damn disrespectful, he knew exactly what he was doing and we could both tell it was intentional. He doesn’t need a job in customer service. We overheard another women complain about him as well but didn’t get to hear the entirety of it. We will not be going back.

Not recommended.
($9.99 for adult buffet, and $2.69 for large drinks.)
The pizza was decent, and the crust was the best part of them.
The pepperoni got overcooked, or sat for too long and parts of each slice were dried out and did not taste very good.
The pasta was okay, but the alfredo sauce was really creamy and thin.
The front employee at the register barely spoke a word, and I could not see any prices or options. It was really awkward to pay for 3 people without knowing anything. He did not ask how many people, and charged us for large drinks without asking.
The other employees were better, asking if we were done with our plates.

Best Cicis. Friendly staff. Fast service. Pizza quality is nowhere less than those restaurants that claim best pizzas. Also has game room for kids to entertain
