terrible experience, from being judged by the immature employees, to them pulling a prank on us, down to the flavourless soda. food is good as always i have no problems with the establishment, but the employees and people here are incredibly disrespectful and have unacceptable behaviour.

Didn’t honor the coupons from the app . Said they weren’t doing it here but after asking people around me they were picking and choosing who to honor it for. On top of that since when do they charge for kids under 1 year old ? Charged for my baby who can’t even eat and refused to refund me after I noticed they charged for a literal baby.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was not clean, and after I had purchased and paid for my food, I was told that you did not have any straws for drinks, with no explanation provided. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit
In all my years of coming to CiCi’s, this location is by far the cleanest and most organized I’ve ever seen. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly stocked. Everything was spotless, from the buffet area to the dining room. I’m honestly shocked at how amazing this location is — it exceeded all expectations. We will definitely be back!

I would have given a higher rating except the employee dropped some items on the floor, pick them up, put them on the counter and reuse them so they're actually lucky they got three stars on that. I don't think the health department would be too. Happy to find this out. You need to explain to your employees if you drop something you wash it cross-contamination you have children in the elderly immuno challenged. You need to explain this to your employees. I don't know if I will ever go back. I used to love you guys. However, I'm in fear of getting sick and lack of cleanliness.
