The employees were very nice! However, the pizza was lukewarm. Even the fresh ones got cold quick. I don’t know if the pizza bar is warm enough, or the lamps? I recently ate at the Eastchase location and the pizza was good and hot. This location, while very customer service oriented, did not have very good food. The salad bar was not appetizing. The tomatoes were larger ones cut up and had seen better days. There were no black olives, but there were lots of pickle slices. We just picked at the salads

The managers Eliza and Kenya were very rude when I tried to pay for someone's buffet meal. They discriminated against the person I was paying for and ended up telling me that the person I was paying for could only take the food to go and they were not allowed to stay. That was very unprofessional of them to do that and I'll be reaching out to corporate. It was extremely unnecessary for them to treat the person I was paying for in that manner.

I took students on a field trip here and not only were the staff friendly and efficient, but the food was tasty, refreshed often, and the restaurant was clean. Great place for a family to go and get their money’s worth still!

I call to place an order over the phone Eliza(Manager) answer! Just just because I was talking to her in Spanish she hang up the phone! So I call again and place my order and I did told her since she she couldn’t get my order in Spanish, I was calling back in English to place my order!! Rude customer service from the manager ELIZA -10
We come here at least 2-4 times a month. They always have fresh pizza waiting with fresh cinnamon rolls!!! Nice crew As Well!

1/20/2025, 8:15; Aside from bathroom cleanliness(which was probably handled after we left, it was almost closing), this was one of the better Cicis experiences I've had. They were friendly and accommodating to my very energetic and hyper children. We had a good time, and I think we'll be choosing this location should we decide on Cicis again.
