Too busy to have fun. The parking is horrible. You are left parking in front of peoples houses. I love cidercade at other locations. Please move to a bigger location with more parking nearby.

Not much to do for my 6 yr old. There were few games that she liked but there were many people in line waiting to use it. Also I think it’s expensive when parents also have to pay to get in.

I took my daughter there for her birthday. The games were in working order. Cool vibe, reasonable prices and good drinks. Fun place!!

Not disabled friendly. Zero handicap parking spaces! Didn't know that was allowed, but yes, not 1 handicap parking space.
Filing a report with both the city and state.
CASHLESS Business so we left.

I came for the New Year’s party and was a bit nervous it would be crowded and the games would be unplayable because of the crowds. Luckily I was pleasantly surprised, it was busy but I didn’t feel it was over crowded, I do think there should be another connect 4 basketball game though as that one always had a line. The pizza was great and the brownies were also good.

They have so many games to play and they have the biggest variety. I turned into a little upon walking in. And all that for only 12 dollars. Taxes are pretty high but, definitely worth it

It was a great hang! Not bad prices for what you get. Of course, the busier it is, the harder it is to navigate and get your choice of game

Lots of games located in a deceptively large building, including an outdoor courtyard sitting area. A nice mix of old and newer games alongside a couple rows of pinball and skill-based physical games. The very back was strangely full of redemption games and claw machines that were completely out of place, I can only assume they're trying to again copy FreePlay and their Tokyo Station model, but absolutely nobody was back there. My son wanted to play pool but it wasn't clear how to do so. The physical address is in a weird spot and you will absolutely miss it if you aren't following a map. Parking was convenient and adjacent to the building. Given that this is the only location now in Ft Worth offering this type of business, we will likely come back

The guy in the back last night with the long hair by the claw machines helped us out on the Pokémon game when it got messed up. He was great!
The games are fun and the endless sodas is really cool! But I will say the place has a smell to it that wasn't very pleasant on the drive back home that lingers on you.

Place is great for adults or kids. Don't normally call out specific people, but Adam J. was amazing to myself and my kids. He went above and beyond.

We have been here too many times. A little disappointed that the rewards have changed, but we still enjoy coming

Variety of games, good atmosphere

Fun place for all. Classic pinball games up to newer videos like Halo.

They take really good care of this place. Employees are very kind and the prices are more than reasonable.
