I went there last year, during the weeknight and felt comfortable. I like to dress in fem when hanging out at the bars. Some don't like that. But Changes is always welcoming. Even the bartender complimented me. I will be returning.

I am from Florida and have traveled all of the United States and been to many gay bars. This area felt very unsafe. Homeless , drug addicts, and gated businesses everywhere. Didn’t even stop in.
