I bought a gallon size of icecream with the mix ins, that included Reese’s. The Reese’s are old/expired because they taste like dirt. My entire gallon of icecream needs to be thrown away

I don’t understand- first headphone in ears, second didn’t tip because they scooped me one ice cream and instead of handing me back the card got thrown onto the counter (landed in melted ice cream) asked for a a lid and a bag. Icecream was all over the cup, all in the bag.
They can be a bit more clean in there and not be as rude.

Overpriced, and low par service. It used to be good back in the days, but not anymore.

What?? Two scoops in a waffle with toppings?? $16

I came here this past summer in hopes of eating a chocolate taco but sadly I was told they were out of taco shells. I was disappointed but understood. Now, today I came here pumped to eat a boo batter taco, but was once again told that they were out of tacos. Wasn't aware demand was this immense but maybe I'll have better luck next time, they say 3rd time's the charm right?

Workers are rude and not respectful

Just tried to go here it’s 9:05 pm and tit says closed @10pm….!! And they wanna close early!?

Employees are fabulous !! I think a lot of people in these reviews need to realize that they’re teenagers and doing their best !

would not recommend. walked in and waited about 5 minutes and nobody came to help us. i looked in the back and two boys were watching some sort of sports game. disappointed to see that they cared more about some game then to do the job they are getting paid for.

After seeing employees touch their hair, nose and God knows what else and making cones, while flies flying around getting on the cones and more than likely the ice cream….. I said no way I’m out, I’ll go to the store and purchase my own ice cream!!

Did the employees working on 8/22/25 unplug the phone because they’re done having to answer the phones for the day? Or does this business not have a working phone number for consumers to use? The world may never know. I called no less than 10 times, and every time I kept getting the “user busy” error message. Just had a simple question I needed answered before driving 30 minutes here, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Ended up going to the Arlington location instead because they actually answered my call.

Almost $17 for a medium (berry berry berry good) & a small (chocolate only), with a kids cone on the side ($1.99). I could have bought a pack of cones for that much at Kroger down the street. Cold Stone use to be about a really fun experience—somewhere they made fun ice cream with great toppings chopped in. I got FROZEN but thawed berries but what should have been fresh based on the pictures. And I only got TWO kinds not three. I know the price of things are going up but what I paid for what I got was terrible.

The cake display freezer was also empty and dirty; appearance & cleanliness should be higher on the list for the managers/owners.

Also would another few lower tables kill y’all to have?! You try sitting at a high top with a toddler. 😭

This was my first time in a place like this so I was unaware of how it worked. I wanted a cone, they asked small or large, I asked for a size reference and they pointed to bowls. I tried to ask for a cone again and not a bowl and they rudely said this is all they have (though the menu shows normal cones). I went to the back of the line to have more time to think about what I wanted. Once I was back in front of the line, the guy looked behind me to take their order instead and I told him I was actually ready. I told him my order but he was super rude the entire time. The ice cream is subpar at best and overly priced, especially for the terrible service received. I just wanted icecream to lighten the end of a bad day but it was just a waste of money that added to the already not good day.

Wow I probably should've read reviews before purchasing my birthday cake here, but I didn't 🤦🏿‍♂️. The cake looks absolutely nothing like the ad. They didn't put hardly any sprinkles on the cake at all. We had to go to the store and buy some. The first pic is what it's supposed to look like. Definitely some lazy work. That's why I'm real careful about. Who I tip beforehand. Maybe that's the reason they didn't put any effort into making this. Just a FYI for any of you employees reading this. It's not our job as customers to pay you. It's your employers. I was in a really good mood. And had a crisp 20 dollar bill for a TIP for him. That went right back into my pockets once we saw the cake. I won't be recommending anyone to this location for anything. 40 dollar cake that looks like a Walmart one.

This place really needs customer service. They don’t really acknowledge you… I came in @8:40pm and they were out of ice… and the 2 ice cream flavors I wanted. Employees seem to be ready to go home. They were cleaning restrooms so u couldn’t use them after since they were both locked. Lobby was to hot. Drove 20min for ice cream was such a disappointment.

This is the 3rd and last time I visit this place! They have the rudest teens working there! Today’s issue was over the top! I drove 35 minutes to get ice-cream in a waffle cone just like they advertised it and guess what!!!! Just again for the 3rd time they “didn’t have any” so I asked if they where discontinuing them or why was it that all 3 times I had visited they “didn’t have any” well to my surprise I was told “oh we do have them but only for online orders” so I said I’ll place it online but then I couldn’t because the website wouldn’t process the order I told the “Manager” that was on duty and he said “ I cant sell you a waffle cone their for online orders only” when literally they would be closing in 20 minutes!! I said is there no possible way I drove 35 minutes because I wanted a waffle cone he said “nope” this is honestly one of the stupidest thing ever!!! Get some real workers that know what customer service is and get rid off your stupid “policies” or at least make a poster or something where customers are aware of this stupidity!! And yes I’m so mad about the waffle cone I’m pregnant so I’m an angry pregnant woman with a craving!!!!
