This is the 3rd and last time I visit this place! They have the rudest teens working there! Today’s issue was over the top! I drove 35 minutes to get ice-cream in a waffle cone just like they advertised it and guess what!!!! Just again for the 3rd time they “didn’t have any” so I asked if they where discontinuing them or why was it that all 3 times I had visited they “didn’t have any” well to my surprise I was told “oh we do have them but only for online orders” so I said I’ll place it online but then I couldn’t because the website wouldn’t process the order I told the “Manager” that was on duty and he said “ I cant sell you a waffle cone their for online orders only” when literally they would be closing in 20 minutes!! I said is there no possible way I drove 35 minutes because I wanted a waffle cone he said “nope” this is honestly one of the stupidest thing ever!!! Get some real workers that know what customer service is and get rid off your stupid “policies” or at least make a poster or something where customers are aware of this stupidity!! And yes I’m so mad about the waffle cone I’m pregnant so I’m an angry pregnant woman with a craving!!!!
We really enjoyed the Banana Caramel Crunch and the Apple Pie A La Coldstone creations. Really great flavors. But we also noticed that Coldstone is rocking some Reese’s from the 90s
This place sucks they don’t want to serve you hours before they close bc they don’t want to clean up. They are extremely rude and have no consideration. Would not recommend especially if you are going at night time. Can’t even order a shake or smoothie because they are out of milk and ice…

we came in about 10 minutes before they closed and they acted like we had just ruined their whole day. they rushed us out the door like that was their job. they were also out of the things that i wanted. the girl with the brown curly hair and glasses was the rudest one by far.

Tall kid at night started rushing us. I don't shop here everyday to walk in with my mind made up. Before completing my order for my partner, the tall kid again started rushing me for payment as the other employee starting yelling at me for any other substitutions. I'm like do you want me to complete my order or take payment? So because the tall kid was rushing me, I made payment first then went back to the girl that was yelling at me to let her know I need no other additions to my ice cream. I think they were a little scrambled, as to why they were being so direct and ready to get me out their way. I hope this team gets some people training.

I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick up the order, the workers claimed it had been made but was given to the wrong person. They went to the front and back several times looking for it. Neither the four employees nor the manager was not apologetic regarding the inconvenience and I declined waiting for them to make it.

Can’t go wrong with Coldstone. I love how customer friendly they are. They do a great job and I love it when I order a small, but they put my small cup in a medium cup so it’s not messy for me to grab. Highly appreciate that.

They helped us after waiting for 5 minutes. My daughter asked a girl a question and she didn't answer and laughed. I suffered discrimination in that place. I am currently in a wheelchair, nor did my daughter speak to her in English and she laughed at her accent. The product is good but I won't return to that store. There is no respect for the client.

My family stopped by specifically for their specialty Halloween items and they were out of everything. Well, they could still make the Monster Mash but they were out of the Halloween cups in our ordered size. Shocker. I placed my $30 order online and when I asked if they could just cancel my order the young man I spoke with said I couldn't get my money back since I placed the order online. He kept leaving to ask about things. He mentioned that I placed my order with DoorDash, and when I said I didn't order through them, he said, "Oh, who did you place it with?" Cold Stone. Through your website. The manager finally came over and said they could make everything, but it would just look different. I told him that I knew it might sound weird but we came specifically for the Halloween items, so if they couldn't make it exactly how I ordered, please just cancel it. To which he responded, "I can't cancel it. I can only refund it." I'm sorry, but to me that's the same thing. You give me my money back that I've already paid. Same thing. We drove 20 minutes to the Southlake location and they had everything, just in case other families are making the trip specifically for these Halloween items! ? Happy Halloween!!

Came in specifically for a Mango smoothie and was told that no smoothies were available at that time. Wanted a cone but only the Junior ones were available. Other items were unavailable as well. Was a disappointing visit but, we love the ice cream so we will try again...

Employees don't know what Heath Bar is. It's LITERALLY a key ingredient in Coffee Lovers... really should have an adult on the schedule. A MATURE adult.
