So far have spent 2 days attempting to call this location to order my son's birthday cake and calling every hour not a single person answers the phone. The last 3 attempts someone has picked up and hung right up. Absolutely ridiculous.Update: have called now for 5 days straight, as well as now corporate given this place STILL WONT ANSWER. The phone below is just todays call log alone. We've called since they opened at 1130 it's now 225pm.

Went into the store to buy some ice cream stood around for a bit without be address. Someone else comes in and the employees instantly address the new customers completely ignoring me and I had been standing there for a few minutes. Won't go there again

No cookie dough ice cream!? 3 almost 4 weeks now I've been told the shipment comes on Friday and we'll have our cookie dough ice cream mix back and still no cookie dough ice cream. It's the most basic flavor outside of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. #Bringbackdadough! #Please!

I will drive 45-minutes once a week for Cold Stone so I'm glad this Cold Stone broke me of the bad habit. This Cold Stone location bummed me out but I still love Cold Stone's ice cream and awesome flavors. There has never been anything wrong with the flavor of the ice cream just the shortage of products! 5 star flavor but 2 stars because of strike 3.Strike 1: ran out of cake batter (fixed by calling in advance now)Strike 2: ran out of bananas (TWICE). Yes, this can be fixed with a trip to the store or by BYOB.Strike 3: scooper's dirty cloth wrist band trailing through the ice creams when scooping. They were super busy and I should have asked to speak to mgr and didn't. I know, I know, if you see something, say something.They have plenty of staff working and are friendly.

I just left Cold Stone and I have to say. It was pretty dirty. We couldn't sit down because the tables were very dirty, the women's bathroom wasn't working and I had to use the men's which would be fine if someone cleaned. No soap, and no seat covers. All this would be slightly understandable if they didn't have enough staff but they did, 4 to be exact. The only one that was trying to keep up was Matt. I can only imagine how filthy it is where I can't see.

Honestly I was so excited to come here but the experience was just unpleasant. We came in for our anniversary and it wasn’t busy one person was in line a few people at some tables and 4 or 5 people behind the counter. We got in line and started talking bout what we wanted and toppings . No one greeted us or said anything to us and then another couple walked in and they yelled something then that couple got in-line and two people went over immediately and started getting their order. While we were standing there infront of them just in shock so we got behind them just trying to brush it off . While the couple before us got an enthusiastic response and greetings we got silence and just a very un welcomed feeling. Definitely will never be returning or recommending.
