Got there when they first opened, saw a handful of people out front, including a man "shotgunning" an energy drink..... only to find out these were the opening staff. The fried Mac & Cheese were good with the Sriracha Ranch, but the queso was bland and cool temperature wise. When I used the restroom, there was literally trash all over the floor, like the closing NOR opening staff could be bothered and when I mentioned "You need to probably clean the ladies room"...
I checked out Concrete Cowboy today. My waiter was friendly & the service was pretty decent. However, They did not let us know that the AC was out when we walked in the door.. by the time we noticed we were ordering, it was too late. Had an absolute amazing time here, Josh was an amazing host for the TCU game. Make sure to ask for the cowgirl punch, it was amazing!! Ask for MK or Jess as a server, they were so so sweet!! Love this place :-)
