First time to this location, usually go to the original one in Llano. Bbq is always amazing at Coopers. One of my go-to spots when I want real Texas bbq. Expect to pay a little more for this real Texas bbq, but you will truly enjoy it.
Brisket was full of fat and burned.
Turkey was tasteless and the sausage was mediocre.
The pork ribs though were very nice.
There are many BBQ spots that are way better, so we're not coming back.

It was delicious. You walk in and you pick your meat, followed by your sides and drinks. Picnic style long shared tables with napkins. Free beans, slices of bread, pickles, and onion. Really good. We paid $60 for all this food for two of us and had some left over.
