It's a little different from other BBQ places I've been too. Food was good it's like a walk in and they give you the food on a tray and you sit down to eat.. its different foe sure.
We visited Coopers for food before going to Billy Bob’s on Friday night. You walk into the restaurant and are greeted with a grill full of meat and pick out what you want. You then move into the next room where people weigh and prepare your food, as well as choose any additions that you want (like cheese, salads, sides and toppings for the baked potatoes).

We tried the brisket at Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que and it was absolutely amazing — tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor. The portion was generous, and you can really taste the care in how it’s cooked. If you’re a BBQ lover, this place is a must-visit!
