I was here today around 12:30-1pm! The line was out of the door the whole time! That’s how you know this place is great! Good prices! Great service! Props to the ladies working behind the counter! They are always working so hard and deserve a raise!!!! I know it’s gotta be stressful during the rush!!! They handle it so well!!!!
I am gluten-free with celiac disease anytime I’ve told them I need a gluten-free salad of any sort. They immediately change their gloves and wash their hands and then typically only one person handles my food. So for the most part it’s been really great. All the workers have always been polite. Every time we have gone and we have gone multiple occasions, I have never had any issues. Some of the items are a little pricey like the tacos. The fact that you only get two tacos for the price you do is a little excessive when you can go to another restaurant and get at least three for around the same price. Other than that, I have no issues

My husband and I love going to this Costa Vida. The staff is friendly, and the food is great! My favorite is the Baja Bowl with Raspberry Chipotle Chicken, and he usually gets Enchiladas or a Burrito. Their sweet pork is really good on tacos too!If it is your first time going, don't be overwhelmed with all the options, embrace it! You can modify pretty much anything there to your taste.I have also had a Chicken burrito smothered in queso and honey habanero salsa, and it is so good!Oh and don't forget to try their Horchata.
1st time and LOVED IT! I got the salad with black beans, rice, and my protein (of choice, they have a variety) was grilled chicken. DELISH!!! Good size portion for the price, took half home for a snack later. Clean dining room, friendly staff, and yummy food! Definitely go again when I'm in the area.

COSTA VIDA TELLS VETERAN NO!!! NOT TODAY & I NO TO REFUND!!!! Upon looking at the receipt I seen that the military discount was not applied to ticket. I communicated to the shift lead that he forgot to add my military discount. I asked if he could add my military discount to my order and the Costa Vida's shift lead said no. He mentioned that I could use it next time. NO, I want to use it today! The shift lead mentioned there's nothing he can do. Well, since Costa Vida didn't have a solution to the problem I presented one to the worker. How bout you refund me on this ticket, then you ring me up again with same order and apply the military discount on new ticket. He stated no that he couldn't do that. We went back and forth 3 different times with him telling me it couldn't be done. At this point I just really was in disbelief with this service from Costa Vida. I demanded a refund and I no longer want the food!! He tried to continue to force the food on me before realizing that I was not giving up on that refund request. Somewhere in between he tried to offer me a coupon (Buy 1 entree w/ 2 drinks and you get 1 entree for free). I declined that right away. So it doesn't make since to me being offered a coupon and having to spend more money to get a stated discount on that coupon. I was left at the register not knowing what was the next steps to finding a resolution. He left me there and came back talking on the phone in a different language. After about waiting for 5 minutes the shift lead asked me for my phone number and stated the manager will call me. I gave him my number and he stated it will take 10-15 minutes before he call. I said I will wait and I want my refund. There was never a call!! It took 16 minutes from that point for the manger to get to the store and give me a refund. Always great to stop at Costa Vida. Not only the food was good with fresh and tasty ingredients, the service was even better. I was explained how the discount card worked, which ended up being a great deal as I would get a free entry with the purchase of another four times. This was more than what I paid for the discount card, plus I have many more other restaurants to take advantage with it.I inquired about a sauce, and they gave me some on my dish. At checkout, I was explained that it had a charge yet it was given to me free of charge. ??The facilities are always nice and clean. Two or three representatives were very nice and friendly, always smiling.Another plus, they have biodegradable straws.Parking: PlentyWheelchair accessibility: Both parking and seating available. Door is not wheelchair friendly, as you would need someone to pull push for them.
I love this place so much. I was in a few weeks ago had my daughter who was with me in her car seat. Without hesitation, Franklin asked if he could help carry things out to my car for me. It was so nice so I didn’t have to make two trips with my baby! We will continue to be weekly customers.
