Cousins Bar B Que is still the best (and almost only) place in Ft Worth to get smoked chicken! At $20 per whole chicken it’s a value (as if 12/2923).The brisket is available fatty or lean and it’s great. I love the street corn. They are friendly and helpful. I’m glad I left the Christmas cooking to them this year!
Should totally close down. Quality has went down. Customer service was amazing. We got jalapeño cheddar and chopped brisket sandwiches. Maybe 4 small slices of sausage. Other was horrible.

My cousins (actual family, lol) brought me here for dinner. There's a lot to choose from (that's a thing). The brisket was moist and flavorful! The collard greens had a nice kick to them (I liked that). I'll definitely be back.
