I ordered two rotisserie chickens. I received one. Because I had sides the package felt weighty enough, and I couldn't tell until I was over halfway home.
The food wasn't for me. It was for my family. They ate less.
I wish there were better checks so that these mistakes don't happen.

I have ordered from this restaurant (Overton Ridge) several times without incident but today I ordered using my uber eats app and the cookie was stale and I called to let them know. I asked for someone supervising and he told me it was a “”bad batch “ and to talk to uber eats then hung up on me. This was not an Uber eats issue because they simply delivered what was given to them . I will be honest I’m very surprised by this behavior from this establishment, kind of disappointed. I thought this place was professional.

The music is too loud, but everything else was fine.
I have been passing this spot for two years, so yesterday I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I stopped by. I ordered a half chicken dinner with one side, which was Spanish rice. One medium drink. I got a natural strawberry lemonade. They have other choices and sodas.. The roasted chicken was seasoned to perfection.. I will be visiting again. Great food and customer service.

This was the bloody piece of chicken I received. I’d also like to note I am 5 months pregnant AND the manager barely had time to be on the phone with me. Actually hung up on me before I was finished speaking. Which isn’t surprising considering 6 different people acted like they didn’t see a customer walk in when I got there.
The service and food has seriously declined over the years. This was the first time in a while something wasn’t missing from my order but my food was uncooked.
