We went for the Easter brunch option and it was our second time visiting, the food for the brunch was outstanding. The price was $45 for three courses and that was a STEAL. It would have been a steal at a higher price with the quality of the food served. It was delicious. We will be going back for their brunch events in the future for sure.

In the past, we have had terrific service here. However, we were terribly disappointed returning a few months later. Had a young server literally throw the menu on our patio table and keep walking without acknowledging us. My friend was told we needed to "report in" first, which had never been our experience in the past. Terribly disappointed and got up and left.

The food was very good (as always). The service was subpar. The waiter did a poor job of explaining anything to our party. He was hard to understand and even asking him to repeat himself did not help. He did not refill our drinks until we asked. He went missing and did not take our order until we had finished our appetizers. We had to clear our own plates. What was served did not meet expectations. The manager tried to rectify the situation but then it became clear that the entire staff was watching and talking about our table. I spoke to the manager after paying and while speaking to him the female bartender walked by, rolled her eyes and started to laugh. It was not the experience that I am used to having at Cru.
This place has a great atmosphere. Our server would not leave us alone and would interrupt our conversation every 5 minutes initially. After we ordered, he didn't even stop by to refill my water. I've been here before and the service was better, but this time it was really lacking.

Beautiful little place. We had reservations but still waited 35 minutes. It was 5 in my party so we sat at the bar and waited. The bartender was a little rude when we ask a simple question about their wines, he was rude and not friendly at all. Food was great and our server was very nice and professional.

Went on Valentine’s Day with my wife. The waiter came out to our table and took our order. We had water and the 4 course meal. We got our water, lobster bisque and both appetizers all at the same time. While we waited we had no water and the server never checked on us to see how the first two courses were. Then the main course comes out. I had the fillet and my wife had the fish. Her fish was cooked correctly. My steak was to be medium rare. That’s normally a warm red center. My steak was raw. So raw that I couldn’t cut the filet. I had to flag down a host to get our server because he never came to check how the food was. He took the food back and 20 minutes later asked if I got the steak back. Nope. Then the manager comes out and said sorry we had multiple recooks and your steak was mixed up and given to someone else. At that time I just told the manager to just box it up. I’m not going to eat somewhere where they mix up peoples already cut in steaks. Worst place I have ever eaten at. Will never go again.
