I came here specifically because they claim to have Alaskan crab, but this is the second time I’ve been told it’s out of stock. The staff never seem to know when they’ll get more, which is pretty frustrating.
Last time, I ordered the king crab as a substitute, but the portion was really small—definitely not worth the price. I’ve had better portions and sides at other restaurants. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re specifically after the Alaskan crab… and even then, they never seem to have it.

Horrible waitresses and host. Waited 20 min just for someone to help me get my Togo order and when they finally brought it out they were rude. Not just one of the ladies but 3!!! All rude like they were being bothered. Needless to say, I Will not be coming back

I was recommended this spot and decided to try it out. However, the service was nice but the food was not good to me. I got crawfish, crab legs, and mussels in the Cajun sauce. I received my bag poured it out and noticed the sauce was REALLY THICK. I tasted it and it was NOT giving Cajun. It was very sweet and tasted as if it had tomato paste or sugar in it. I tried my best to eat it but I couldn’t because it was so distasteful. I asked the server if I could switch to the garlic butter sauce, which they rinsed off the previous sauce and switched with the garlic butter. It wasn’t the best but it was a little better than the Cajun. I would have to describe the taste and consistency as the BWW garlic Parmesan sauce. Also to note when I mentioned to the server that I was dissatisfied with the Cajun she did not try to suggest or rectify, I had to ask to switch myself.

Never got to try the food waited 2 hours and got tired of waiting. Order 1 beer and that took 30 mins to get it and order another one waited 45mins and never got it. I think there was 8 or 9 table with 4 to 6 people at each with 2 waiter and 2 host and one bartender. We came at 6:15pm and left at 8:20pm no food. Other tables that got seated half hour after us got food and drinks with 30mins.

You all might be busier if you let Roadhouse guest park in your lot. Empty parking lot doesn’t make someone think it’s great.
The food taste pretty OK, but the sauce was thick, and it had an aftertaste of cloves definitely not something typically found in a seafood place. We had to add some extra butter, lemon, and lemon pepper to the sauce itself. Our server was nice, but it was hard to get her attention, even though there was barely anyone in the restaurant. We have to raise our hands and it took some time to get their attention. I saw that it was definitelya good place to go.

This place sucks . Only reason we gave 1 star was cause it was my oldest son’s birthday and didn’t even mention it that night didn’t want to lose the vibe. Service suck . What kind of place was out of everything we ask for ( house salad , wings , etc ) I like to eat and I don’t mind tipping but this food was small ( all crabs legs) price was to high for this place , there was really nobody there maybe 3 tables and could even get a refill with out asking for it and then waiting long time . Wouldn’t recommend or come back . We should have stuck with the best Pappadeaux’s seafood off I 30 W if you like to wine and dine and be Catered to that’s the place to go to

Went there yesterday around 8pm. Nothing to complain about. Food was wonderful, the service was wonderful, there wasn’t many people so we got our food pretty fast, and also had no problems with parking.
