This place was clean and friendly but the food i bought was 💯 % terrible I am having bad stomach cramps and pains heart burns very badly I can't stop throwing up and using the toilet 😫 it was over season with garlic and the lobster was over cook I didn't eat the potatoes or corn it looked old the shrimps was too I purchased the 34 dollar seafood bag item and my husband the six wings that was too small and taste like fish I will not come back I wish I would have read the reviews before buying i spent 60 something dollars on trash this place is a no no for recommendations to anyone .

I ordered ln door dash and my food came super fast and thought ok cool im excited! Then boom I see and taste the food & I Spent so much money just for the sauce to ruin the whole meal. No good flavor just straight thick grainy spicy goo all over the of the food. I love seafood boils & I like spice but this was NOT IT… this is my first bad experience with seafood boil anywhere. This was my first & LAST time I do an order here.

So very disappointed in this place. I used to love coming here but after tonight I will not ever be back. After getting out of ICU I was craving seafood so my fiance brought me here. We pulled in the parking lot at 9:20 a girl that was sitting in her car that worked there asked me if I was there to order out or dine in and I told her dine in. She told me they quit seating at 9:30. It wasn't even 9:30 yet. Anyway, I left and I called to speak with the manager and they did not pass me. The phone to the manager asked me what it was regarding. I told her and she acted like she didn't even care. I will find better places to go spend my money

We visited The Crab Pack and both ordered a crab boil. I went with Cajun flavor at mild heat, but it was surprisingly sweet and lacked the bold flavor I expected. The food itself was overcooked—eggs were sulfered, shrimp were tough, and the snow crab legs were shriveled. Definitely not worth the $30+ price tag.
The atmosphere fits the typical crab shack vibe, but service was lackluster. Our server (ticket said “Genna,” but our server introduced himself as Allen) only appeared to take our order and drop off food. Other staff members brought sides and delivered the check, but there was no check-in during the meal. Server just stood around by the bar even though we were only 1 of 2 other parties in the entire building.
Given that there are plenty of other crab spots in the area, The Crab Pack doesn’t seem to do anything to set itself apart. Not the worst experience, but overall it was uninteresting and unimpressive—we won’t be returning.
