I was here on Jan 5 from Houston my birthday dinner was ruined by a server who told me I couldn’t sit at another table due to her wanting a party. It was extremely cold and being that I came from another city I felt she was rude for even speaking up when my server Maria which was amazing btw was just trying to accommodate us. Next time tell crunchy wig that the customer should be able to sit where they like especially when it’s cold and late at night no party even came in so I didn’t understand what made her insert herself when she wasn’t even our server . Please teach your servers to be more polite to customers even if they are trying to make money

I made a pick up order for a bucket. I picked it up and started eating in the car because something told me not to leave yet. As I’m eating my food I feel a weird texture in my bag and it was PLASTIC. I questioned the manger and I was told “I don’t know because we don’t use plastic in our kitchen” INSTEAD of checking and making sure. The 3rd time I went in to resolve the issue I literally have to threaten to contact code compliance and the police because I wanted a refund or better food. A cook then came from the back and asked “do you have muscles” which I did. She told me the muscles came out a plastic bag from a brand they don’t usually buy from. That’s when the manger wanted to apologize and finally gave me a refund. I’ve been here PLENTY of times and NEVER had a issue, always had good service and food but this situation caused me to NEVER want to eat here again!

Food was great. But always check your receipt. And always ask for ITEMIZED receipt. They just gave us a receipt that only had a total amount on it. And when we asked for itemized receipt, it was ripped, and we found out that They charged us for food that we didn't order and they already charged us for service fee but still asked for a tip. This happened to us twice.
