Mid experience, mid flavor. Definitely not worth a premium price tag at $9-15 per person. Too many good dessert shops in the area to try this one.

We came in with a large group of 20 and the 2 young women who were working were rockstars. They took came of all our orders plus all the other customers that came in after we walked in. The ice cream was delicious.

The ice cream is good, but the associate working behind the counter was completely rude. I asked for a hot fudge sundae and she said that we don’t make them here. She didn’t smile or have any positive energy and she could have given me an example of what would be similar to order. I ended up getting an alternative because I was so distraught by her rude behavior. I didn’t even have time to tell her that I needed the ice cream to be dairy free. Will not be returning to this establishment. I am very disappointed.

I’ve never had any mistakes made at any Creamistry location, however, the girl making my order missed the flavor of the cookie butter for the ice cream (which I asked about) and the cookie dough bites were broken up in the ice cream. I’m giving two stars because the ice wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I expected and the texture of the cookie bites through it off. More training is needed but there is potential.

Today I drove 40 minutes to visit this ice cream store and find that they had closed 10 minutes early. 10 pm is the closing time but they locked the door before it I arrived there at 9:50 and the doors are locked and the sales person inside telling it’s closed .It’s really disappointing, especially after making the effort to travel so far. it would have been helpful if the hours were updated or communicated better. I won’t be coming back after this experience."

Unfortunately I was not able to try this place out due to their inaccurate hours on Google. A group of friends and I were in downtown Fort Worth and really wanted to try this place out. We showed up at 9:10pm on a Saturday when their hours show a 10pm closing time. We pulled on the door and noticed it was locked. The employee inside at the time shook their head and disregarded us. If we had known their closing time was earlier, we would've went somewhere else.
