The cupcakes are usually very good. But the red velvet is dry. I have tried it on 3 separate occasions and every time it has been dry.

We ordered an 8" round red velvet cake for my son's 40th birthday on a short 2-day notice and said they didn't need to do anything fancy with the icing. I spoke with Sharon when I placed the order, and she was very helpful and kind. She said they would get it done with no problem; it was quite a relief. The day I picked it up, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean and cute. We were so pleased with the way it looked; they added extra touches to the icing. Everyone loved the cake; it was delicious and very moist. Next time, we may need a bigger cake. :-) We will be buying all of our (Fort Worth family) cakes from Creative Memories from now on and will definitely be recommending them. Wish we had Creative Memories in Houston.

Taste:0/5I ordered the chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and the cake tasted like someone dropped a couple of jars of sugar into it.Honestly it was too sweet even for my friends who have a sweet tooth and on top of that it was really dry. The service and packaging were good and they also fulfilled my requests but would not recommend taste wise.

We purchased 4 dozen lemon, strawberry, almond raspberry, and chocolate chocolate for a birthday party. Oh my. Every single cupcake was consumed and people were commenting on how yummy they were. Honestly, if you can please 40 people in one order you know you are doing something right!

We had a great experience with this bakery. We bought a dozen cupcakes through DoorDash for pickup and we forgot they closed at 6 on Saturdays. We called and they picked up at 6:01 and they said they would wait on us as we rushed over to pick the order up. They couldn't have been nicer and I wouldn't have blamed them one bit if they couldn't stay. They seemed to be the owners. The cupcakes were amazing and much cheaper than other places we have been using. We look forward to giving them more business in the future
