I was looking in the DFW area for a meal prep place. I've tried different ones in the past. I decided to go with this one since I wanted to try something new.

From walking in and automatically being greeted by the sweet lady in the front. To great gospel music always playing in the background. You can't go wrong!

The meals are very fulfilling which I need to keep me full throughout the day. On each meal it displays the amount of protein, calories, fats, and net carbs. Also, it tells you the date to when to consume and freeze by which I like! A lot of meal prep places don't give you that information.

Majority of their meals I have tried are so delicious! I love their greens. They have a variety of options. I introduced my sister to this place, and she can't stop coming. Please stop by and try their meals! You won't be disappointed.

This place is so underrated!!
Their atmosphere is so clean and cute, the meals are so delicious and I love that they label everything!
I was never a fan of protein sweets until I tried their chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and strawberry muffins that are to die for!! Not to mention they’re affordable, this place has saved me from wanting to stop for fast food!!

Honestly, this place needs more love. It’s a very reasonable price for what you get
You can order in bulk and it has all the macros and calories on the side.
They have very good macros.
You can reasonably have a 1600 to 1800 cal meal plan for an almost unbeatable price.

you spend far more at a fast food place it’s unhealthy fattening it makes you feel gross

I love this place. I am currently doing a low carb diet and all the meals I buy from them has the labels on them with the carbs, calories, and fats on them. It makes it so easy to calculate my carbs for each day. All the meals that I've brought and eaten from them are delicious, I couldn't stand squash or zucchini until I had theirs. They are very polite and helpful, they always greet me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing, I appreciate their great customer service and delicious food. I've been going every week for the last 3 weeks. I love it

The food is always a 10/10 I’m very thankful for this place.

Be CAREFUL ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS PLACE ! If they don’t have what you want available they’ll send you whatever they have without reaching out informing you !!! Who substitutes food without checking with the customer first !!! Again don’t ever door dash or uber eats with these folks very unprofessional!!! No communication or anything lol

Came here after a workout at the gym with my boyfriend and we fell in love!! The guy and lady working at the front were super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be returning

Amazing gem right where it’s needed around lots of hard working people right off the highway.Perfect for a very reasonable price. It’s tasty, it’s good for you and convenient. They also have a rewards program.

They have a lot of really good nutritional options. I really enjoy getting the salmon tacos. I have never tasted fish tacos that taste so good. Also, the breakfast muffins definitely come in handy when you are trying to get breakfast on the go.

The food is well seasoned, the business is very clean, the staff is great and there’s always a lot to choose from. The fruit cups are always fresh and a delicious mixture of fruit. They also have healthy snacks on hand. I love this place! They make eating healthy easy.
