“I went by this location (Basswood off N FWY) to find an Oreo ice cream cake. They had unfortunately had a mishap with their freezer and no Oreo cakes were available. The manager(?), who is apparently fairly new to this location, took my phone number and drove to another location to find me the cake I needed!!! However, the other location was out as well. So, with 30 minutes left until the time I needed the cake Maria Palacios got to work and used what she had to create something close to what I needed. She crumbled Oreos and decorated the cake beautifully! She was amazing and I am forever grateful for the service she provided us today!“
“I had such a wonderful experience at the Dairy Queen off Bridge St. in Ft. Worth, all thanks to Arturo, the manager. From the moment we walked in, his energy was absolutely contagious. He personally brought our food to the table and even checked on us later to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of genuine kindness and attention to detail is rare these days. Arturo went above and beyond, and it truly made our visit memorable. I dream of a world where more people like him exist. Wishing Arturo many blessings—he’s a true gem!“
“I don't think there is any other place on earth like a TEXAS FAIRY QUEEN. My local DQ has far surpassed all expectations and even hopes! My order has never been wrong or cold and IV never once waited an extended amount of time for food or service . Every item tastes fresh and on point EVERY TIME- SO I ALWAYS get what I'm craving and leave satisfied. The staff here is superior- kind, funny, caring, interactive, - but hard working and never disappoint. Id like to especially mention and give a thanks to The management team- Abul and Norma for running such an amazing team!! Keep it up DQ.... THATS WHAT I LIKE ABOUT TEXAS!“
“Didn’t know this location was so close to me reminds me of how Dairy Queen used to taste it was excellent only 10 mins away from me fries were hot crispy and salty meat was seasoned to perfection and they had cherry coke with cherry syrup a plus I will definitely be back!!“
