Order was Thur drive thru. At the window a small sign said no bills over $20. Our order was over $40. We did not get our whole order. We had to go back, later. The cashier was nice. I had receipt.

Was sitting in the dinning area and all I kept hearing the works playing, cussing, on their phones, playing Inappropriate music and didn’t even have slip resistant shoes (crocs, vans and Nike) Also a family stopped in for dining in and an employee had already locked the lobby door at 8:30 pm. Never again will I go back

My family & I have not been to DQ in a while so today after a REALLY long day we decided to go to DQ before heading home for the night but before heading to DQ we looked up the hours to make sure we remembered them correctly & we did (10pm). It was 9:02pm when we pulled up to the drive through, a girl came on the intercom greeting us but before she could finish a guy came on the intercom cutting her off mid greeting and said “we’re closed”, my partner responded “I’m sorry, what was that?” to make sure we heard correctly & sure enough he said “sorry, we’re closed already”. When we were pulling off after hearing that they were closed we double checked the hours again just to make sure we were looking at the correct location & sure enough it said that it closed at 10pm not 9pm. If the hours online are outdated then they should be updated.

The "bigger" mexican lady is super rude and has no business in customer service, super rude and on her phone the whole time. I used to think the teenagers were the problem here but she's just as bad is not worse. Food is good, but trashy people ain't worth dealing with. Either way I know nothing will be done this dq has been trash for over 20 years....SAD!

This is the most ghetto dairy queen we've ever been to. The workers were higher than kites in May, the place is filthy and run down, we went for 2 milkshakes and just threw them away cuz they tasted like we dumped nestle hot cocoa powder in our mouths and then took a drink of milk. If we could give this establishment 0 stars we

It’s been a while since I came to DQ. These burgers are amazing, fresh and not dried out, fries hot and golden. Staff super nice and friendly. I had the BeltBuster combo with cheese. 5 stars all the way stop reading and order today! I’ll be back!Parking: Diagonal parking all in One Direction
Was a good time there food was good but could be a little more generous with the taco salad meat and cheese on it but it was still good for DQ thanks again guys will still return there to eat it's one if the original DQ's left in Fort Worth TX I use to eat there a lot and meet up with friends there back in the day good memories...

It's very odd. The service is disrespectful to the point of confusion. They have messed up our order twice--no apologies...just hand you the correction and slam the drive through window. Then--we stop with the family and get Blizzards...same thing, we say thank you and they close the window without saying a word. The workers are either miserable or that's their service model. We love Blizzards...I guess we'll go to the Basswood DQ. So weird.
