Cashier(Jay) up front was super friendly and helpful. I was stuck between two and he helped me pick. He was kind and brought us our lunch. We ate inside and the restaurant was clean. We also ordered ice cream after and everything was tasty and well made. I enjoyed my visit. Weird about the lower star reviews, that was NOT my experience. Great job guys.

Don’t stop for lunch if you’re in a hurry! Longest drive through time in D/FW, it’s like they had to kill the cow and grind the beef to order.

This location has big issues. From closing all systems down an hour before actual closing time to giving employees only 30 minutes after closing to get everything cleaned which is impossible then there’s employees that hand you a shake that has cream all over the outside of the lid and running down the cup; you ask for napkin and she says with a smile, “ We don’t have any” HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE NAPKINS? I asked her if she could at least give me a clean lid which she did after emptying some of my shake out of my cup. No one really wants to be working at this location. REPLACE MGR OR SHUT DOWN THE STORE. WORST ONE I HAVE EVER Visited.

Order.
Ordered a nachos and the cheese was cold and thick. It was a lot of lettuce. It was really nasty, never would go back.
When I when I ask to speak to the manager, he says that's what it's not Jose's and he looked really. The presentation was horrible. The service was even worse.

The people here are filled with joy, peace and just overall God. The store was clean, the people and team were sweet and helpful and the food was soooo good!

I got a chicken sandwich and I stared at it wondering why it tasted so good hahaha.

Love you all , Arturo, Hazel, Kiya and Leslie!

Blessings in Jesus name!!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Dairy Queen off Bridge St. in Ft. Worth, all thanks to Arturo, the manager. From the moment we walked in, his energy was absolutely contagious. He personally brought our food to the table and even checked on us later to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of genuine kindness and attention to detail is rare these days. Arturo went above and beyond, and it truly made our visit memorable. I dream of a world where more people like him exist. Wishing Arturo many blessings—he’s a true gem!

Absolutely horrible and will never return here! Came in tonight all I got was 2 blizzards for some late cravings and girl in the drive through has 0 customer service skills and didn’t say thank you and looked miserable, go look for another! Wasted $15 for blizzard that were half melted, if she would have flipped it upside down (like they are suppose to) it would have all poured out!

Around 9:57 I was in a blue truck and I was told by a lady that there wasn't anymore ice cream to be served. Whenever I drove past the window (Don't want to be racist) There was a brown skinned girl with long haired I believe that she was the one that took my order because she had a mircophone.
