I had such a wonderful experience at the Dairy Queen off Bridge St. in Ft. Worth, all thanks to Arturo, the manager. From the moment we walked in, his energy was absolutely contagious. He personally brought our food to the table and even checked on us later to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of genuine kindness and attention to detail is rare these days. Arturo went above and beyond, and it truly made our visit memorable. I dream of a world where more people like him exist. Wishing Arturo many blessings—he’s a true gem!

The manager on duty was excellent very professional, and went out of his way to make sure what we ordered was right .

Absolutely horrible and will never return here! Came in tonight all I got was 2 blizzards for some late cravings and girl in the drive through has 0 customer service skills and didn’t say thank you and looked miserable, go look for another! Wasted $15 for blizzard that were half melted, if she would have flipped it upside down (like they are suppose to) it would have all poured out!

Around 9:57 I was in a blue truck and I was told by a lady that there wasn't anymore ice cream to be served. Whenever I drove past the window (Don't want to be racist) There was a brown skinned girl with long haired I believe that she was the one that took my order because she had a mircophone.

Stopped by at 9:50pm (Sunday night) and tried to order a blizzard. We were told “sorry, we’re out of ice cream for the night.”
I take that as “sorry, we’re cleaning up early and won’t make ice cream for the rest of the night.”

They close 15m early and refused to serve us
I will drive across town to this place. The only thing I get is the blizzards. Any flavor is good but my favorite is Reese's.
They do not have 99 cent tacos during the week like all the other locations.

Stopped for food in route to work. This was not worth my time nor money. Chicken is old even the grease it was cooked in taste old. I got fries, but maybe the other locations prepare with style, because these are also cold and enough for kids meal(glad I don't really eat the fries anyway). Meal came with a sundae I got a dab of hot fudge like WTH. I'll never return to gamble my money here again.

If I could, id give no stars. Food was all cold when we finally received it after waiting close to 20 minutes in the drive though after paying. Also simply asked for some honey mustard and ketchup and did not receive a single one.... Terrible all around
