Went through the drive through and ordered a #1 with cheese. Not only did they get my order wrong, it took them over 20 minutes to get the most basic of meals done. No apology for the super long wait. The whole time they’re just walking around and taking their sweet time as the line wraps around the building.

Worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen. Service at the Drive through was very slow with terrible service. I finally got to the window and paid my bill and the person disappeared. I noticed that my food was on the counter, getting cold. I waited and waited. No one came to the window. There were two cooks standing in the back doing nothing. I started honking and after several honks, then a very long honk, the cooks came to the window. They started to bag my food. Then another person, perhaps a manager came over. I complained about the miserable service and cold food and she said she was sorry, but made no effort to make anything better. I finally called my wife to see if my grandson would take the cold food. He said yes, so I left. But the order they gave me was incomplete. I had ordered a large fry, which I also saw on the counter, but they didn't give it to me. If it wasn't for my Grandson, I would probably never go back. These people don't care about their customers.

Went in through the drive through and had to make three different orders and they did not wanna take three different orders I have never in my life been so disrespected by these people in this store I will never come back to this spot again with how disgusting and disrespectful these people are I will never recommend this location to anyone y’all need to retrain every single one of these people working here was a complete waste of my time
They need to throw the whole crew away. I will never ever come here again not. All the drinks were flat and nasty on top of that the young black dude working the counter charge me another $5 which I know he put In his pocket for me getting shakes because yall machine not working damn thieves and horrible customer service Crazy that these people are hustling customers. All need to be replaced because theirs No telling how many people they have done that too I would be contacting cooperate.

The lady said it was no longer offered and did not ask if we wanted something else. She was rude and curt.
