I drove 10 minutes and when I arrived this location had 40 minutes before they officially closed and they informed me that they would not sell me ice cream. The workers were already cleaning and closing, I don’t understand we go to DQ for ice cream. The customer service is never great either. Thanks DQ

WORST location ever! They stop serving ice cream HOURS before they close at 10. You’re name is literally DAIRY Queen and your most sold item is the blizzard. No sign anywhere to notify you that they will lazily close early everyday and nothing on the website either. So you wait in line for 30 minutes only to find out you wasted your time. Employees are rude and dumb. Go to the location on Crowley road 100% better service!

Food was ok service was terrible. I ordered hot food and ice cream and they hand you the ice cream first instead of last as it melts while your waiting another 10minutes for your food. Alot of young kids work in there they are not very pleasant they and act like they hate working. They never get your order right either.
The tall young man at the front counter was extremely friendly!! He held the door open for me, greetet me, and my food came out extremely fast! Will be coming back!

Daily Queen is one of those old establishments that are still hanging around, but like so many I grew up with they just don't have that same taste they use to. Don't get me wrong, it might be good to you but for me growing up in the 60's and 70's (yap I'm old!!) they don't have that uuummm I remember. The steak fingers are still good.

This place advertises their hours of operation until 10pm but now on multiple instances, they literally shut down their ice cream service an hour early and only serve food. Very deceiving and I’ve never seen any other DQ location do this but this one.
