I haven't been to DQ in years. I got an ice cream cone, and it was as good as I remembered it was. I was disappointed in the food, though. I always got the DQ dude, and I really liked it before, but this time, the sandwich lacked flavor. All I could taste was the sweet mayonnaise and lettuce. Not the meat. The fries are just ok, but hey, it's french fries.There was a line in the drive thru, but I didn't have to wait very long for our food. The staff are quick and friendly. Super nice drive thru lady.

As for food and service, this was my best experience at this DQ EVER!! It was free ice cream cone day so of course, the store was hella busy. The workers were on their game though. My aunt and I ordered dinner in addition to our free cones. My aunt had the Hungerbuster meal; I had the steak finger meal. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and incredibly timely for the crowd and line. We asked for a towel to clean the table and stuff was ready to come clean it off. We wiped it down ourselves as we could see the lady was swamped. The following was the BEST part: we had opted to have our cones after our meal. As we were nearing the time to retrieve them, it was announced the ice cream machine had broken. We were crushed. Heads hanging low, we prepared to leave without the very treat that we came for, when....the overworked staff who took our order motioned us to the end of the counter. She had pre-made our cones and put them in the freezer!!! Best service ever!!!!!The atmosphere rating was for the trio of ghetto teenage baby-mommas (they referenced themselves as such, I'm merely agreeing) who enter talking loudly and having phone confrontations with baby-daddies and a litter of babies offering their tiny opinions on the situation. And also the adorable and well lunged toddler sitting across from us who neither liked the table were he sat or felt his ice cream was big enough...smhBut....she saved our ice creams in the freezer........winning!!!

I came here for ice cream. Get in drive thru with a couple of cars ahead if me and several behind me only to be told the ice cream machine is not working. So 20 minutes sitting behind 2 cars forgo reason!!!

The food was fresh and hot customer service was great.However you can tell no one dines there.It was dusty tables had crumbs or old trash like papers .Condiments on tables were empty ,restroom dirty weird objects on counter as if someone uses that restroom as their own.

Went through the drive thru and ordered shrimp basket. It's was good for fast food but what made the visit outstanding was the staff! They gave recommendations, told me of that wasn't on the menu, and added a little Cajun humor when we talked about seafood. I will definitely go back and try their recommendations!

Waited 15 minutes at drive-through for food. Received soggy sandwich. And salty fries that were supposed to be no salt. Workers talked back when confronted about the issue. decided to just walk out and leave the food and not even bother with a refund.
Ordered ahead from the DQ Texas app, and my card was charged. Got to the store, and apparently this franchise does not do online ordering through the app.However, the gentleman did make my order when I showed my online receipt.
