The older Hispanic woman at the register, Christina was very rude and short with my son and I. I was at lunchtime 12:33 but it wasnt real busy so there was no reason for her attitude. She rushed us through our order and just had a terrible attitude. My order id number was ID was AACTXNC2AEAM. Dairy Queen please look into this please. Thank You.

Breonna is the friendliest person I have had contact with in fast food in the past 30 or more years. She was so friendly and helpful with a beautiful smile that radiated her personality. The food was good and unlike most places, the order was correct. I will definitely stop here again.

Came in to get a treat waited at the front for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. (You almost need a bell at the counter to let the employees know someone is here.) After being acknowledged they then told me it would be a minute and moved over to drive thru. Overall had to wait 10 minutes before I could even place an order. There were also 2 other people waiting and one just left since it was taking so long
Above-and-beyond kindness on Labor Day (Mon, 1 September, 2025).
I swung through the drive-thru and ordered three Blizzards (Reese’s + Butterfinger). They were excellent—but what truly stood out was the people. My car died in the line and wouldn’t restart. Instead of getting frustrated, the team stayed calm. An employee offered to jump-start my car, and a gentleman in an Escalade behind me helped push it out of the lane so others could get by.
The manager then let me stash my melting bag of ice and the Blizzards in their walk-in freezer while I waited—over 45 minutes—for a tow. To top it off, someone even paid for my Blizzard (whether it was the Escalade driver or the staff, thank you!).
In a world where it’s easy to say “not my problem,” this crew went out of their way to help a total stranger. I left humbled and grateful. Great treats; even better people.

Today marks the 1 year anniversary I was thrown out of this location and had the police called on me for asking to have my cheesecake blizzard remade. I will continue to let ppl know of the terrible way that the disheveled manager stood in front of me screaming and cussing me out. Went as far as calling 911 while lying that I threatened him when it was he who threatened me. He didn't know other customers were still in the store while making his false call. I contacted the owners who did nothing. I hope he doesn't still work there.
