Ran by teenagers who doing really know what they’re doing, not one adult helping. I ordered Steak fingers and they gave us chicken fingers after we went through the order together. One of the guys working said “3 Chicken fingers?” And I said “no 3 steak fingers” and he continued to say that we had chicken so I had a printed copy of my order out and showed him and another girl working told him I had steak fingers. We got home and guess what? We got chicken fingers. Also the guy working was very unhappy and rude. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere and they all had attitude.

Very unprofessional customer service when I pulled up to the window to order my food I asked for fries with no salt and the lady at the drive-through told me well then you’ll have to wait for 10 minutes for them to be fresh and just thought to myself was you gonna give me old fries in the beginning, then when I got to the window she was super rude. Then I pulled up and sat for 15 minutes before I went inside looking for my fries with no salt. The manager inside on duty was very nice but the lady at drive thru was rude. And honestly i just wanted my money back after waiting for 20 mins on a large frie

Great service…horrible burgers and fries. I get that it was an hour before close but the burger was burnt, cold, and the bun was hard as a rock. Also…watching the workers in the back take fries out of a box to serve customers so that they can pre-clean the fry station for the rest of the night would explain the cold fries.

You’d think we’d learn by now. Do not expect to get what you ordered or paid extra for on your order from this DQ. Probably our 6th/7th order via Uber Eats/Doordash and special instructions are completely ignored! You pay for extra ingredients and it’s ignored!! Twice we got smart and called this DQ after ordering to confirm they got the order right. THATS THE KEY! Cuz otherwise, they do bad business and manage bad business!

Went in the evening after placing a mobile order. When I arrived I told the kid at the front counter I had a mobile order, he couldn’t find it so he got the manager on duty. She rudely explained to me that they didn’t have the tablet for their own mobile ordering system they only had the ones for the food delivery apps. So had to repay for my order and place it at the counter. The fries they gave me were cold but everything else was alright. I was not issued a refund at the time of replacing my order. Called the next morning to talk to the GM and he was much more pleasant and apologized and issued a refund for me. Would recommend going during the day and not at night because that manager obviously didn’t know what she was doing.
Very friendly, courteous staff: a rarity any more, especially in fast food restaurants.

First time at this DQ and I’m very impressed!!! Great decorations, clean restrooms, clean dining area, soft music playing, TVs are working and on….the best part is the service! They greet you as you come in, smile, attend to you in a timely manner, food was out in a great time frame, hot, fresh and on point! Don’t forget it’s a great place to stop for a birthday celebration, anniversary or just because cake! DQ is even extra with all your candle light needs!!! Big ups to this DQ for meeting the standard and holding its self standards to the highest! Love you guys and keep up the damn good work!
Went through the drive through this evening, and the lady had a terrible attitude. I was the only car in the drive thru, and when I got to the window I had realized I forgot to add an item and asked to add it then. She huffed and turned away without a word. When she came back with my "large" cup of ice, it was just a medium cup, and she kept insisting that was "the only way they do cups of ice" and then never gave me my drink. As for the food, the fries tasted stale, and the burger was rather dry. Overall, very disappointed as I usually love dairy queen.
