Just went there tonight for ice cream. All the tables were dirty, and they were not busy. They forgot to bring out one of our ice creams, and we waited around ten minutes for it to be brought out after everyone else has already got theirs. Also when we left, a sign on the door said their ice cream machine was broken, which was a lie because even after we ordered others came in, and they got ice cream. Overall not a good experience.

My 12 year old ordered a blizzard with cookie dough in it. When we first ordered the guy that took the order seemd stressed and rushed up, also ran back and forth from the register to the back. When they brought it out to her it had no cookie dough what so ever, just chocolate chips. She was super disappointed as all of the rest of us blizzards were really good, so my 70 year old mother brought it back up to the counter to let them know that we believe they may have given us the wrong thing as it had no cookie dough in the shake. They also failed to give us our receipt, but my mom saw it stilll hanging out of the cash register which stated that he put in for the wrong thing. When we asked to please correct their mistake the guy talked really loud where the whole restaurant could hear about what he "thought" she ordered and claimed that the cookie dough was just blended up in the ice cream even though we could see what he put in for and it wasnt what my daughter told him she wanted. They then finally gave us one that was correct, but we could immediately hear them in the back talking about, "no they are wrong, I swear that's what she told me" and going on. My 12 year old could also hear everything they were saying which then made her sad feeling like she did something wrong by asking them to fix their mistake and worried they could have retaliated against her with the new shake they gave her. This whole experience was messed up from start to finish and it could have been handled so much better by the staff. They were rude and didn't seem to care that they were the ones that messed up not my 12 year old child. I could also hear them saying extremely rude things to the customers in the drive through the whole time we were in the dining area. We won't be back to this location.

My food was great. The service was good.
They aren’t setup to scan QR codes to use rewards from the DQ App. They had to enter it manually. This DQ has staffing issues. Half the time the lobby is closed. Today I experienced why I think they have staffing issues.
The manager was totally berating a very young girl who looked like she just started and is trying to learn everything.
The poor girl was crying and very upset.
When she came over to clean my table, I told her I was sorry she was yelling at you like that. There is no need for that.
If you’re the owner of this store, this needs to stop!!!

Dining room was filthy, staff was rude. They forgot to turn our order in after we paid for it, and then refused to refund our money, stating a "No refunds" policy.

Just awful unfortunately. This location has opened and closed a couple of times and each time they reopen. They seem to get worse if that’s even Possible. From the service to the actual quality of the blizzards, for example, not to mention it’s always a long, long wait and not that busy.

We walked in here this evening to this location, and three of the employees acknowledged us waiting at the register to place an order and walked by us no less than four times. I’ve never seen this place as dirty as it is right now. It felt like the air-conditioning wasn’t even turned on and it’s 96 degrees outside.
Only One customer waiting in the drive-thru & one family eating their food inside.
No excuse for the condition of this restaurant and or the horrible service provided to their customers.
We walked out after waiting for more than 15 mins. We decided to go to a different location off of 35 and Basswood. Much better service much cleaner, Restaurant!
The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves! The health department needs to close them down.

This is like being in purgatory. The AC doesn’t work, the tables are dirty, there’s no ice in the freestyle machine, and you will wait a minimum of 5 minutes for someone to take your order.

It's hit or miss here, the girl with the tattoos and piercings always have amazing service. She always flips the cup upside down to show you its made right and she's very friendly. I notice everytime they don't flip my cup the blizzard is watery. Which is why I said it's hit or miss here.

Ordered corn dogs and they were both cold on the inside. Took them back and had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook more. Still Luke warm on the inside. Threw them in the trash & left. Guess I'll stick to ice cream at DQ.
